Relax in this quiet cottage with water views on every side. Bay on one side and beach on the other. Open space makes it feel like you are literally surrounded by water. Full kitchen and coffee machine available. Two bed rooms, one with bunk beds can accommodate up to 6 ppl. Quiet neighborhood with access to a marina down the road. Access to fishing in canal or a boat ride from the house to amazing Christmas bay. In house washer and dryer and a picnic table downstairs . Parking for 2-3 cars.

The property is very clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive to our questions. Wonderful views from the wrap-around deck, walking distance to a quite beach and short ride to area parks. Very happy with our stay.

Great location. Perfect for that get away from it all trip.

Wife and I and fur baby decided to take a weekend by the water. Nice little property with great upper deck views all around and comfortable seating. Short walk to beach. Friendly neighborhood

Super cute beach house. Only a block or so from the beach. Beds were comfy, house fit our needs. Loved the wraparound porch. Would definitely stay again

Great location from which to kayak. Plenty of mosquitos - but not surprising with all the rain we've had lately. Gracious hosts and pleasant neighbors.

Nice house with great access to both bay and beach

My wife and parents stayed here for New Years and to do some bay fishing. Deck has good 360 views of the bay and beach. We took our Jon boat, was great to be able to use the canal and dock by the house, just be mindful of low tide as it gets shallow towards the end of the canal. Easy access, short walk, to the beach. House was nice and clean, with comfy beds. I would definitely stay again.

The BEST views!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The views from every window are amazing. Wrap around deck is one of the best features of the home. Access to bay and gulf were very easy. Our daughter was able to ride her bike down to the bay in safety. We loved being able to bring our dogs and them have a safe place to potty :) Would definitely stay here again, in fact, we hope to this summer!

17yr Anniversary n fathers day

We come to the beach annually for our anniversary and Father’s Day. The owners were nice and communicated awesome. Any questions or concerns we had was answered in a short time. Beautiful home. Some things can and need to be fixed but nothings perfect but had a great stay. Can’t wait to do it again next year.

Cute Beach House

The house is adorable and beautiful views. Short walk to beach as described. There were issues with the cleaning crew as the house was not as clean as I had expected. We saw 3 roaches during our 3 night stay and the towels smelled like mildew and had black stains on them. The owner was very friendly but the house needs a deep clean. Other than those issues the stay was good.

Cute bungalow

This was a perfect location to celebrate our son's 16th birthday with a few of his buddies. The space (especially the foosball table) was a big hit. Located right on the bay and a <5 minute walk to the Gulf side of the island made it super convenient. We had a couple of maintenance issues but owner was so prompt in responding and their local property manager was efficient in taking care if it. Only negative is that the AC units are inadequate to cool the space quickly or fully in peak summer 100 degree days. Nevertheless would definitely stay again. Love this part of the island!

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was comfortable and cozy. The short walk to the beach was great for our family of 5. The kids really enjoyes the foseball table and not having to share beds. The house was nice and cool. The only thing we couldn't do is enjoy the deck area, due to sitting water in the front yard and the grass not being mowed, the mosquitoes were vicious. Other than that we had an amazing time staying here.
