Heron Haven Beautiful Home w/ Dock & Views

Kick back and relax at your peaceful island getaway, where comfort meets coastal charm. Sip morning coffee or evening wine across three outdoor spaces with serene views. Enjoy nearby restaurants, sandy beaches, or kayak the canals from your private dock (kayaks & lifejackets included!). Boogie boards, beach gear, and a fishing pole are also provided for your stay.

This spacious waterfront condo offers canal access with a private boat slip and balconies on both levels to take in the view.

~Main Floor: Large family room, fully equipped kitchen, pool table, garage, half bath, and main deck.
-Living Room Sofa Bed to accommodate two additional guests or air mattress. All additional beds are Queen size.

~Second Floor:
-Primary Suite – King bed, ensuite bathroom, and private balcony
-Second Bedroom – Queen bed, TV, and private hallway bathroom
-Hallway Laundry Room -Detergent provided
-Pack and play with sheets for infants

Pets
Dogs are allowed at a max of 2 dogs under 50 lbs. each and must be well behaved. Not allowed to be left inside the home unsupervised at any time and a pet fee applies for each pet for the entirety of the stay. Pets are charged per-pet-per stay.

Guests have access to the entire property except for the owner’s closet in the primary bathroom (locked for owner use & supplies).
Parking is limited to one space in front of the garage or in the garage. Street parking is available nearby.

Stacy is fabulous. This was our second time staying here. The condo has everything you need- from plenty of towels, portable chairs, extra coolers, to a fully stocked kitchen. We will definitely be back again!

Great Place!!

The place is great in all aspects! The boat dock fit my boat perfectly, the beds were perfect, the kitchen had all of the materials that we needed! Definitely staying here again.

Great place!

They house was great. Clean and just what we were looking for! We enjoyed using the paddle boards and kayaks and the pool table was a huge hit with my boys.

Fantastic Experience

With the location on Padre Island, we were within minutes to the beach & our fishing excursion. The decks face east, so our evenings fishing & lounging were perfect! Our drive to the USS Lexington & baseball game was less than 30 minutes-simple! The townhouse was well kept & well stocked- we’ll be back!

2 day get away

I stayed at this condo for 1 night only, with a girlfriend for a baby shower in the neighborhood. It was the perfect location for us, very nice condo, clean, nicely decorated, keurig coffee maker with pods. Beautiful two story deck with water access and views. 2 bedrooms were comfortable and bathrooms were perfect. I would stay here again with my family if visiting the channels again.

Perfect Spot on N. Padre

Amazing place. We usually stay in Port A but wanted to mix it up this year. The location was perfect as it was 10-12 minute drive to National Seashore and 4 minute drive to restaurant and stores. The house is amazing. 2 great bedrooms and a living area with a fold out couch. The house was very clean and everything was well provided. The decks overlooking the canal were really the best part. 3 levels (one at water, one over the boat dock, and one up to the Master were perfect. We could come home from the beach and still enjoy a paddle or swim in the canal. Host was VERY responsive though honestly, there was nothing needed! We will definitely stay here again. Just perfect for our family!!

Great time at the beach

We had a great visit in Corpus earlier this month. Check in was seamless and easy. Access to the condo was very easy. We really enjoyed the multi level back dock for fishing and watching the sunsets. The condo was very clean and well maintained. My only complaint would be the number of towels available for us to use. I did find extras still in the dryer the second day we were there, and I'm glad I brought my own beach towels from home. Other than that our stay was very comfortable and relaxing. The location was perfect. We would stay here again.

The owner was highly communicative leading up to, during, and after our stay. The home itself was clean and cool. The added touch of the dehumidifiers were great and really helped keep moisture from building up and getting hot. It is beautifully decorated and pictures really dont do it justice. There was plenty of space for us to relax and the kitchen was fully stocked with nearly everything you could think of. Having garage access was a complete game changer and made loading and unloading our items so much easier. We 100% will be staying here again!! Thank you again for a wonderful stay and looking forward to coming back again!
