3 Story Luxury Home With Rooftop Patio. Very Spacious. Minutes To Downtown

This modern build is located in central Nashville. With 3 stories and over 1,700 Sq Ft of space, this home is perfect for large groups of friends, families, bachelor/bachelorette parties, couples, etc.

- On the weekends I have a 2 night FRIDAY/SATURDAY night minimum.

- Early check in optional for a fee, must be discussed before hand and agree to terms.

- I am open to dogs, but must meet requirements, please disclose of any pets before hand and we can decide if they meet the requirements. Thank you/ $100 non refundable pet fee.

- The home does have outside surveillance. Great for the owners and the guests.

The layout: The first floor welcomes you to a wide open kitchen and living area with a queen size fold down couch(2 ppl) and a large sectional sofa. The second floor has 1 queen size bed(2 ppl) and 1 queen size bunk bed(4 ppl). The third floor has another queen size bunk(4 ppl) and a sofa that transforms into a king size sleeper. There is also a queen size air mattress as well! The downstairs back door leads you to a large 12x17 ft. back deck with seating and a grill. Large backyard for pets and throwing the football if wanted. The third floor has a fridge and a rooftop patio with lounge seating for beautiful sunny days. The home is 2.4 miles to downtown and is just minutes from the interstate. Get to downtown, midtown, the gulch, trendy 12th south and all the best restaurants in just MINUTES! $7-$10 Uber to most places. Buchanan Art District is an emerging area, and is delightfully close to the favorite areas for locals and travelers. The must-try, award winning Slim & Husky's is only a two minute walk. A quick drive will leave you in the heart of the Farmer’s Market, Germantown, Music Row, Demonbreun, the Gulch, or Downtown Nashville! Right in the midst of two prestigious universities and near the Bridgestone Arena, there is always something happening with the college community during the Fall and major sports seasons.


Just a few miles from Vanderbilt and Belmont, and a little under 3 miles from the Bridgestone Arena as well. The Nations is just 3-4 minutes away, with cool local bars and restaurants. The house was good for what we needed. A complaint would be that the house was in a bit of a sketchy neighborhood. There was also a ladybug infestation on the ceiling on the 3rd floor. The house was really good to work with as far as communication.

Very pleased with the location of the property. The house itself was amazing! The first floor was very comfortable and we had all we needed for meals or hanging out. The beds were comfortable and the top floor room with the outside patio was grand! Loved it and the view of the skyline. A fire pit would have made it a perfect spot. Very pleased with our stay and appreciate the hospitality.

The property is exactly as advertised. Very clean & organized with plenty of towels and supplies. Having 2 showers and 4 sinks with mirrors available for our party of 5 was great. We also enjoyed the deck. This was a great home base for excursions to Broadway and surrounding area. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

We had a group of 11 girls - there were plenty of options for sleeping and the three bathrooms made for an easy getting ready time. We loved being able to walk to Tio Fun and The Loading Dock. Quick Uber to Broadway.

Townhome Near Nashville

This 3 bed townhome was super close to Everything we had planned including a Vanderbilt tour and Broadway. While the home is at the end of what I would call a “Main Street”; it was a safe location. The rooms were comfortable, although I wasn’t expecting that I would have to make the beds on arrival. The upstairs balcony was nice as we enjoyed sitting outside one afternoon. The home could use a few updates as there were scratches and holes on some walls and doors. The property manager was easily contacted when the WiFi wasn’t connected and issue was resolved quickly. Overall, my family had a nice stay.

Fun weekend in Nashville

Visited nashville for 3 nights and 4 days. Great place to stay. everything is as advertised. Grocery store is close by. We scootered everywhere which was a lot of fun. 12 min scooter ride to Broadway.

Bachelorette Weekend

We had a wonderful stay at this location for my sister's Bachelorette Party! The house was spacious, and Uber's to Broadway were very affordable. The host was incredibly kind and allowed us to check in early for our flight and responded to any issues that we had promptly. Lovely stay:)
