Trendy Nashville Town Home D

Welcome to our newly renovated trendy town-home. We're 2 miles from the Gulch area, from the streets of Downtown Broadway and Mid-Town. Our space is very inviting, tastefully furnished with contemporary furnishings, and new appliances. Street and private parking is available. The town-home is equipped with key-less entry and privacy fence. Welcome to our home and to Nashville.
Our town-home has a privacy fence for your comfort. There is s a small deck on the back for sitting, as well as a separate fenced area for gathering located on the property. Two bedrooms are furnished with televisions and one television in the living room area. Each bed comes with sheets, a blanket and comforter as well as four pillows. There are two full bathrooms; both full bathrooms are furnished with four sets of towels, size shampoo, conditioner, bath soap and toilet paper. There is an additional half bathroom. The kitchen is furnished with dishes, glasses, coffee cups, pots/pans, cutlery, and a Keurig.
Guest have the entire townhome for use.

The townhouse was clean and well stocked. It was a short uber ride to Broadway. It has a porch shaded with trees to enjoy morning coffee. The neighborhood was not very walkable but it was close enough to take a short ride service. Parking was free. We were pleased with the space and appreciated the cleanliness and hospitality

Townhouse is very well kept and very nicely styled. The space was perfect for me and three other friends between the bedrooms and bathrooms available. Having the laundry in unit was very convenient. Nice appliances. Overall we were very comfortable and had exactly what we needed. Great location, very easy to get in and out. Would love to stay again!

The house was as shown in pictures, clean and modern. We stayed 5 nights. If you are planning to cook meals there i would suggest bringing some larger bowls for serving. The 3 bedrooms have no area to unpack your luggage so if you want to hang things up bring hangers. There are no dressers. The master has a large closet to unpack. The closet’s have no lights so you will need to use your flashlight. We were disappointed with the outdoor barbecue as it was not as pictured with missing patio cushions and required a good tidy. We advised the owner who kindly tidied the second day. We wouldn’t have minded except we had planned on using barbecue and sitting out with our overseas friends who joined us. Small things, just advising so you can prepare a little to allow to be organized . I like to be able to unpack. If you arrive on garbage pick up day, in the heat the bin area smells awful and makes it really unpleasant to sit on the front patio. My husband closed the bin lids and moved the bins to their area instead of where the collectors left them which really helped. Again, just advising as these were the little things we found that required a tweak. Small things for sure. Lovely home.

Our stay was perfect for our family. While we were there for the Vanderbilt Graduation. Communication was great and we had everything we needed. The location was perfect as it was in close proximity to Vandy. Would definitely stay here again.
