Fun Getaway

Great location. Great views of the ocean. We stayed here for a conference, and it turned out to be a great choice. Communication with the property manager is easy. Simple check-in and check-out process.

Nice location

Great location. Being a duplex you definitely don’t know who is attached to your space but I guess this is the same if you stayed in a hotel. The unit was clean but not the cleanest I’ve ever seen. Cute house for sure.

Nice place

Not a big deal but should add that the two twin beds were fold out beds and not actual twin beds. It was absolutely fine for our teens but might be harder for older backs. Otherwise great place and location!

Perfect location on Prom!

Ocean views from everywhere! Close but not too close to all the action of Seaside. A cot in the very large closet worked great as a second space for our 9 year old! Would stay here again.

Girls Getaway

Couple friends meeting up for a relaxing long weekend to reset from the stressors of life. The house was great and the views were amazing. The only downside of this property is the duplex. Whoever was next door had a couple kids who apparently turned off the water heater (no hot shower on the first a.m.) but the property managers were immediately responsive. The neighbors however did not respect the duplex rule and the kids were slamming something (themselves?) against the wall so hard it made everything on the walls shake. Fortunately the noise only last for four continuous hours. That was the only downside. Other than the noisy neighbors, the views were amazing and the location top notch!

Gorgeous views from every room!

This place is so cozy and quaint. I loved it for the views from every room even while doing dishes you could peek out to see the water in the distance. The beds were cozy and the prom right out the steps was incredible. The only reason I didn’t rate it 5 stars is that it’s a duplex. The neighbors would come out the same back deck and walk by and peer into our window every time. We got around this by closing the shades every night. The view was too stunning to shut out during the day. I would stay here again if my extended family and I rented both sides. 🙏🏽💠

Perfect location

The property is right on the prom! Excellent location. The interior could be updated but overall great stay.
