My family and I had an excellent stay. The unit had plenty of room. The kitchen was stocked with essential items to cook breakfast. The 2 small balconies were a hit with my youngest nephew who enjoyed the view. My youngest nephew also enjoyed the pools as well as the ocean. His only complaint was the fierce waves that knocked him down as high tide rolled in.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We fell in love with this specific stretch of Myrtle Beach because it offers the perfect balance: immediate, effortless access to the ocean, yet set slightly away from the heavily congested tourist strips.

Being high on the 17th floor of the Anderson Ocean Club gives you an incredible, unobstructed view of the coastline that feels serene and private. You are just steps from the sand, walking distance to fantastic oceanfront dining, and a short drive to golf and boutique shopping—all while coming home to a quiet, elevated sanctuary above the waves.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Unit 1715 offers a rare blend of high-floor tranquility and refined, elevated comfort that sets it apart on the Grand Strand.

Panoramic 17th-Floor Views: Positioned high above the beach noise, the private balcony offers wide-open, unobstructed ocean views—perfect for watching dolphins at sunrise or listening to the waves at dusk in total serenity.

Boutique Resort Amenities: Located inside the prestigious Anderson Ocean Club, guests enjoy full access to world-class amenities, including the full-service Awakening Spa, oceanfront pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, and a poolside tiki bar.

Owner-Managed Care: Unlike high-volume, mass-market rentals, Unit 1715 is intentionally curated and spotlessly maintained to hotel-grade standards. Every detail—from premium linens to thoughtful decor—is designed to feel like a private coastal sanctuary.
