And don't forget to slip on your skis and check out the Arizona Snowbowl. You'll be just over a mile from Northern Arizona University for guests visiting loved ones.

The beautiful adjacent kitchen has ample meal prep space, stainless steel appliances, and more seating with the long breakfast bar. Rest assured that each guest in your group will feel comfortable and content with their well-decorated rooms boasting ample space and loads of natural light. The primary bedroom has en suite access to a large bathroom with double sinks and a luxe walk-in shower. Other interior comforts you will be delighted to find are the home's central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer.

Outside you'll find an enormous, enclosed backyard with a patio. This area is perfect for yard games and watching the stars light up the night sky come evening.

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
