Summary:
You must be at least 21 years of age to rent our properties.
Experience the perfect getaway at Grande Atlantic, located on the sought-after south end of Ocean Blvd. This beautifully appointed condo offers breathtaking, unobstructed ocean views from the expansive 10th-floor balcony—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while gazing over the Atlantic. Fully equipped with modern kitchen appliances, stylish décor, flat-screen TVs, and comfortable furnishings, this unit provides everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay. Whether you’re vacationing with family or friends, we can’t wait to host you in this exceptional beachfront retreat!

The Space:
The main bedroom has an ocean front balcony with a king size bed
Bedroom 2 has a king size bed
Bedroom 3 has 2 full size beds

Guest Access:
The guest has access to all that this resort has to offer. The guest cannot hold the host responsible for resort controlled amenities. (inoperable pools, hot tubs, balconies) You do get two parking passes for parking in the parking garage. We are limited to only 2
The guest will be required to pick up their initial key at the office which is about a 10-15 minute drive from the resort

The Neighborhood:
Guests can get to the Market Common in just a few minutes which has lots of fun activities to do like restaurants, bars, shopping, bowling, and the movies! The Myrtle Beach International Airport is also just a couple minutes away making your ride to and from your stay quick and easy (if you choose to fly in).

Getting Around:
Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber-Lyft or choose to bike or walk. However biking and walking would limit your dining and activities.

Other Things to Note:
Our minimum age requirement to rent is 21 years old. This means that there must be someone 25 or older staying at the property during the entirety of the trip.

The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules.
This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD

Great ocean front unit!

We stayed for 5 nights and were really impressed with this unit! It was as nice as the pictures showed, was very spacious and we loved the ocean front balcony! We are planning to re-book when we come back next year!

Excellent stay at a fine location

Great ocean view and wonderful amenities. The place had an indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, kiddie pool and lazy river too. WiFi, Roku TV, ground coffee pot and Keurig. My friend slipped getting into the shower as the bathtub was slick, but other than that, it was an outstanding stay.

Golf Vacation

Property fairly clean. Could use paint job as paint and plaster worn in places. Hallway closet door tracks broken and patio door would not lock. Overall a bit of attention to details would help overall rating.

Great Stay in South Ocean

Overall great private owned condo. The owners(Eagle Group?) gets 5/5 on everything within their control💙💙💙 ( ask cleaning to check under sofa, my phone slid under and it was dusty MY ONLY COMPLAINT) Things the property (Grand Atlantic) as a whole could work on, THE PARKING GARAGE IN NARROW, please consider relininng the parks and adding a floor or buy some parking across the street. I smelled smoke everytime I was on the balcony and in the garage ( not a complaint, just an observation) The Scooby Snack place on the ground floor IS GREAT, PRICY BUT GREAT💙💙💙(food, ice cream, margaritas) I will stay again and preferred this resort over the ones i frequented in North Myrtle Beach. Great travel time to points of interest. I felt secure and my vehicle was secure as well. Security and police EVERYWHERE.

Sisters Trip

The condo was as pictured, roomy and great view of the ocean. Beds were comfortable. There is nothing extra in the kichen, only 1 roll of paper towels, no dish towels at all. I only rated a 3 in cleanliness based only on the floors, otherwise very clean. Barefoot walking on the floors turned our feet almost black they were so dirty. Check in was a challenge as we arrived early but had to wait for an email an hour before check in for instuctions to get the keys, at a separate location, to get in the condo. Location was good, walking distance to some restaurants or short drive to others. The outdoor pool was unfortunately closed until our last 2 days, but indoor pool and hot tub was good. The ice machine on our floor did not work the whole week we were there, but fortunately there was an ice maker in our freezer. Overall a good stay.

Terrible stay and scammed me out of my money.

The location, I stayed at was a scam. To get to the beach there is a pool area with a small fence. My teen hopped the small gate to get to the beach. The place kicked us out. They did not give us an opportunity to just tell our youth to not hop the gate. We were not emailed rules and regulations. Our key was not at the hotel it was 20 minutes away in which we had to catch an Uber there and back to the hotel. To get our initial keys. The hotel staff was rude from the beginning, Because we were not there tenants but a private owned company. There was a hole in the bathroom from a previous leak. The hole was told to us when we arrived at the lake cation and we could not change. On a Friday they kicked us out to rent to someone else and we had no where to go for a minor infraction. We had to move down the street and spend another 1500 dollars. Do not stay at this location it is a scam and it had bed bugs, because my kids also left with bites. Ridiculous and I got no money back from the other nights.

Condo needs lots of work , tubs don’t drain, dryer wouldn’t work,shower curtain rod broken,old appliances,3of the 5 balcony chairs were broken,closet doors missing knobs, dresser drawer wouldn’t close, paint peeling on doors and ceilings,so much needed repaired that I took pictures upon arrival and when we left.Went and bought bed linens and kitchen supplies to use. Couldn’t get in with the key card , expired a month prior front desk told me ,had to pay 25.00 cash for them to let me in the condo , was told it would be reimbursed to my card ,it wasn’t. Couldn’t scan QR code to check out,was told previous renters destroyed it. I didnt even use any of the appliances in the kitchen .Not sure if the owner is aware of the condition.
