that the maximum occupancy is 6 people, and all guests must check-in with security to obtain a wristband before entering the condo. Wristbands are required for security purposes, and photo ID is required for each guest upon check-in. Also, please be aware that outdoor construction is still underway on this development.

You will have full access to everything in the pictures including 2 indoor swimming pools, 1 outdoor pool, 2 indoor jucuzzi's, 1 outdoor jucuzzi, 2 indoor steam rooms, 1 indoor sauna, BBQ area (with BBQ) plenty of seating and a private beach.

Other things to note:
Please Remember: the max occupancy is 6 people, no exceptions. This includes any day or night time visitors you may have stop by for dinner, a cocktail or just to hangout. This also includes any kids, no matter what age, which includes infants. This is an HOA regulation and is strictly enforced.
