Family Friendly Modern Condo, 1 Mile from the Beach,

Starfish Sanctuary is the perfect place for the whole family, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Old Orchard Beach, but on the trolley route. In a 40 unit condo development, our unit is in the back which affords quiet, privacy, and plenty of space to spread out. We are one of the only units with a full fenced in back concrete patio. Heated pool in the complex for the kiddos. Built in July of 2021, you'll enjoy "modern everything"! (7 day minimum booking during peak season, Saturday check ins only, 3 day minimum off season. )

2 Dedicated parking spots, and one offisite if needed, no loud parties but feel free to have fun, no smoking, ring camera at the front door.

Beach cart, toys, chairs, cooler etc. in the basement for your use. We do not provide beachtowels. Also a queen size air mattress with pump if needed, and a sleeping bag.

We provide a starter kit of one roll of TP per bathroom, one roll of paper towels in the kitchen and a kitchen sponge. We provide liquid hand soap in the bathrooms and kitchen as well as liquid dish soap and dishwasher pods and garbage bags in the kitchen. We also have laundry detergent and dryer sheets in the laundry room. Anything else you feel you need for your stay will need to be self-provided.
