Beautiful basement Studio, Mississippi neighborhood
30 rental - Perfect location with a walk score of 94. This is a fully furnished daylight basement apartment in the Mississippi District, in the heart of Portland with craft breweries, funky shops, restaurants, art, wine shops, food carts & more! 5 minutes from downtown Portland. I used to live in this apartment and loved it as my home. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions! There is an additional $150 cleaning fee for pets.
The space
I personally renovated this basement space so it is dear to my heart.
Everything in the apartment is new, appliances, bed, linens, décor. I made it comfy as it was my own home. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
You have a private entrance to the apartment as well as a large back patio.
The location is amazing, walking distance to shops, bars, breweries, galleries, parks, food carts, etc. It is a $6 Uber ride to downtown Portland, and right off of i5.
Portland is 45 minutes to the mountain for skiing, hiking and 45 minutes to the beach. We are well known for our restaurants and outdoor activities. I have a full list of recommendations in the apartment so you will never be bored.
I enjoy being a host and I'm always available by phone, don't hesitate to call me!

Other things to note
The upstairs unit is rented to long-term Airbnb families, typically 2-3 people. They are aware of guests living downstairs and are cautious of noise.
