Only a five minute walk to Scarborough Beach! Best of all, the home has central A/C to stay cool on those hot summer days!

Narragansett is a beautiful beach town with something for everyone. With many family friendly beaches to choose from; Scarborough Beach, Narragansett Town Beach, Roger Wheeler State Beach, and Salty Brine State Beach, all a short drive away. Close by, the Block Island Ferry brings travelers to both Block Island, Martha's Vineyard, and Nantucket, a lovely day trip. Grab lobsters off the boat in Galilee, or grab dinner and drinks in the port! There are plenty of entertainment options close by, and in Providence and Newport. Take a trip to Charleston or Westerly, to explore more of Rhode Island's beautiful beaches, history, and eclectic art instillations and galleries!

This cozy home boasts an open layout, featuring 3 bedrooms (one with a queen, one with a double, and one with 2 singles), and 1 full bathroom. Upon entering, guests will be met by the comfortable living room area. The perfect place to unwind with a movie night in! Off the living room, the fully stocked kitchen, and dining room space is great for preparing a home cooked meal to enjoy with family or friends. A favorite of many, the sunroom is great for a lazy day in the summer! Out back, the enclosed outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off the sand from the beach! Relax on the beautiful patio/outdoor seating area, for a BBQ on the gas grill!

**Bed sheets, bath towel sets, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bathmats will arrive in a big linen bag at your doorstep. The items are packaged in plastic to ensure that each renter is given a fresh set for their stay. This will mean making the beds, as I like to make sure that is understood as part of our efforts to put our renters' minds at ease regarding the cleanliness of the linens. Starter supplies are provided with each rental. Starter sets include at least: one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a new sponge, and small bars of hand soap in each bathroom. Guests will need to bring anything they'll need beyond those starter supplies.
