Enjoy the waves of the Atlantic and large boardwalk and pavilion area, walk the rocks and fish off Black Point or just relax on the deck or in the large backyard of this cozy home. Roger Wheeler Beach is only 1/2 mile from the property.

Sunset Farm is nearby, kids will love visiting the animals. The farm store sells fresh vegetables and fruit, pies, jellies, cookies, meat and made to order food items.

The Block Island ferry is just a couple miles away, where visitors can ride on the fast ferry, or larger traditional ferry to Block Island.

Four bedrooms are found in the main house, two downstairs and two upstairs. All four bedrooms hold a Queen size bed, with one bedroom including an additional twin size bed. One full bathroom sits on each floor, with a washer and dryer unit found on the first floor. A patio deck sits off the kitchen, with a grill and seating for guests. Guests will especially enjoy the outdoor shower, and window ac units included both upstairs and downstairs, to keep cool.



Bed sheets, bath towel sets, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bathmats will arrive in a big linen bag at your doorstep. The items are packaged in plastic to ensure that each renter is given a fresh set for their stay. This will mean making the beds, as I like to make sure that is understood as part of our efforts to put our renters' minds at ease regarding the cleanliness of the linens. Starter supplies are provided with each rental. Starter sets include at least: one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a new sponge, and small bars of hand soap in each bathroom. Guests will need to bring anything they'll need beyond those starter supplies.
