Coastal Pool Home minutes to the Beach

Relax with the whole family or friends at this peaceful coastal inspired pool home in the heart of downtown Palm Harbor. This home is located walking distance to local breweries, restaurants and Pinellas Bike Trail. Come and enjoy the live band music playing in the afternoon until closing as you stroll downtown. You can also witness the beautiful sunset at Clearwater Beach, Dunedin Causeway or Crystal Beach. There is a complimentary bikes and kayaks for guests to use. We want you to have a great time and create great memories during your stay.


By making this reservation , you agree that the host is not liable for any injuries or death related to pool usage and amenities provided during the stay. NO JUMPING or DIVING in the pool, will cause damage and pool is 4ft deep. House rules and pool rues in backyard and is found in the guest book on work desk in living room.

Our host was great, easy to communicate with when needed. The home had everything with needed for a comfortable stay and more. The backyard was perfect for our family and older dog.

We were very pleased with our stay. The house was clean and very nicely decorated. Our dogs enjoyed the large, fenced-in backyard. The pool was clean. The neighborhood is nice and quiet.The host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish.

Beautiful Home and Yard

We had a great stay. Backyard is fantastic with the heated pool and fire table. House was very clean. Would stay again and recommend!

Our recent stay at the rental house was exactly what we hoped for. The property suited all of our needs, making our visit comfortable and enjoyable.Jason, our host, was attentive and considerate throughout our stay. He made sure to check in with us and confirm that we had everything we required. Jason was great with communication and very quick to respond.The house was spotless and tastefully decorated, providing a welcoming atmosphere. Both the interior and exterior areas were well maintained, reflecting the care taken by the owner.The backyard served as a peaceful retreat, perfect for relaxing. The secure and well-kept fence made it an ideal setting for bringing dogs along.Situated in a quiet neighborhood, the house was within walking distance of several restaurants in Palm Harbor. This convenient location greatly enhanced our experience.Based on our positive experience, we plan to stay at this rental house again in the future.

Immaculate pool home for fun get a way.

We totally enjoyed our 11days at 969!The home was well stocked and meet all of our needs . The mattresses were comfy and the home was bright and cheery. We loved the back yard with patio furniture, gas fire-pit and heated pool. Jason was amazing. Thank you , we will be back!!heated pool.

Jason was an excellent host, always responded to questions fast, always ready to help us with information about the area! Good neighborhood. The house was amazing, super clean, fully stocked kitchen. Beds comfortable. We can’t thank you enough Jason for making our vacation great!

Awesome Trip

We booked this location due to it allowing our family to come over and spend time with us there instead of us going to their house do to the fact they have animals and my son is highly allergic. The house was awesome, super clean, very spacious, beds comfy. The kids enjoyed the pool and netflix. Our trip was awesome and would stay here again on our next trip to see our family.
