この施設について

This comfortable beach house in Ocean Lakes has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. This pet friendly house sleeps 7 and has a large porch for entertaining and relaxation! The kitchen is well equipped for food preparation and there is a gas and a charcoal grill. The house is on stilts so there is plenty of parking. There is a golf cart available for rent separate from the house to ride to the beach and explore Ocean Lakes amenities. Sharky's is at 1882 Sharkstooth Trail, accessible from the south gate.
Terry and Zane manage Sharky's Beacg House. We live near by and are available before and during your stay to assist.!

The property functioned for what we needed to enjoy our vacation. The outdoor porch was great. The common area/kitchen was tight and difficult to maneuver around with multiple people but all in all I would recommend this property to future vacationers

In need of repairs/items replaced

Mattress in first double bunk bed needs replaced. Sunken in middle; ceiling fan broken in that room. Ceiling fan in main living area has broken globe. Closet in queen room broken. No dresser or night stand in queen bedroom. Kitchen did not have enough glasses or coffee cups. All dishes mismatched; some chipped. No knives to cut or chop. Lastly, the entire place is in need of a good cleaning. Dust and grime on baseboards/ light fixtures. Kitchen floor felt grimy when walking in bare feet. We have stayed at numerous VRBOs and this is the first time we were disappointed.
