Newly renovated Beach House on Lido Key 100 feet from beach! Literally steps away from St Armand's Circle shops, restaurants, and the gorgeous Public Beach.

Two bedrooms with a sleeper sofa in the living room. This is not a big house but very clean and by far the best location available for rent at this price! Enjoy the complimentary kayaks and bikes in the garage, Island Living at its best!

-Pet Fee: $150. We allow pets with additional pet fee. Beachfront perfection

We couldn’t be happier with our stay at this wonderful beachfront home. It was meticulously clean, well appointed with anything we could need from our stay from kitchen items to the modern and easy to use washer dryer. The home is decorated simply but comfortably- no evidence of the owners personal items. The location can’t be beat. It’s a few steps across the street to the entrance to the beach and a 12 minute walk into st. Armand’s circle. The owner is incredibly responsive- the beach umbrella that they provided was broken. I asked if it would be possible to get a new one. Three new umbrellas were delivered within an hour! Our family (2 adults, 2 teenagers) had a wonderful time and highly recommend this home.
