Outstanding location in North Tempe near the ASU campus/Mill Avenue and Oldtown Scottsdale.

Great location. House had supplies that were unexpected making our experience that mich better .

Check-in/out was extremely easy! Host responses quickly. Beautiful up-to-date home. Nice change to see the cleaning fees were actually for the cleaning and not the guests. Would book this house again in a heartbeat.

Everything you need and more

Beautifully appointed house with all the amenities. Jay was more than helpful to make our stay more comfortable. All the perks of being at home. The neighborhood is quiet and close to many attractions. I would stay here again if ever in Phoenix. Thank you for sharing your home away from home with us

Perfect place for out golf trip

This house was a perfect place to stay for our week of golf in the desert. Absolutely love the outside space. The hot tub and chipping green were perfect for the mornings and evenings. The grapefruit tree was a nice treat and there was plenty of fruit on it this time of year. The kitchen had everything we needed and I love that some condiments were provided in the fridge (butter, ketchup, hot sauce, etc). Next time I am in this area I would love to stay here again.

Wonderful Home

We had a wonderful trip to Tempe to visit our daughter who attends ASU. We have always stayed in hotels, but had a grandparent with us this time so decided to try renting a house. BEST decision we made! The house was perfect! It was clean, well organized, comfortable and well equipped for anything we might have needed. Additionally, Jay the owner was outstanding when it came to communication. We will definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Tempe Oasis!!

Beautifully appointed house with quality furniture and appliances. All recently updated to latest technology throughout. Backyard is a small oasis, with fire pit, jacuzzi, putting green, Cornhole game and a wonderful grapefruit tree!! Communication with owner was immediate. Location was very convenient to airport (15 minutes) yet a quite neighborhood. Centrally located between our families in Glendale and Chandler.
