ABOUT SPLASH BEACH RESORT
Splash Resort's amenities are quite unique among Gulf Coast resorts with something for everyone. There is a heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi located right next to the main kids play area where the water slides and enormous bucket that dumps hundreds of gallons of water every 45 seconds are located. Panama City beach

We really enjoyed our stay. It needed a little upgrade refrigerator and dishwasher. Chairs for out side deck also.

Wonderful time

It was nice. The unit was what we expected - clean, beachy, had everything we needed! The Splash Resort itself could've been better. We enjoyed it but the pool area needs more lighting and the bathroom at the pool was having plumbing issues, smelled terrible and all but one lightbulb was burned out.

Love the Two Ocean Facing King Bedrooms

Our family came for one week and enjoyed the pools and beach. It was cooler, so heated pools a plus. The unit itself is a little beat up with some side chairs that could be replaced. It would also be nice to have more outdoor furniture (chaise lounge) for the huge balcony! It was clean, beds were comfortable and the team at PanHandle Getaways was extremely responsive to our needs.

Recent stay Sept 25-30

Over all our stay was nice. I have a few suggestions regarding our stay 807w: 1) Need of Patio furniture. There was a small table someone had brought up from pool area previously and 4 wicker dining chairs to use. Compared to other places we have stayed this area was lacking. 2) Throws to use for cover while lounging on sofas would be nice. 3) Mattress covers for beds The condo was spacious and the walk in showers were perfect. I traveled with my 91 yo mother so this was awesome! I would recommend grab bars . The kitchen was well stocked. The washing machine and dryer were great. I traveled also with two babies under age of two so that was used daily I believe! For management : we had to delay our stay by one day because of the uncertainty of the Hurricane direction and the safety of my family. There were days available on the back end of our stay that I asked the host to contact the owners to see if it was possible to extend our stay but they did not try to teach out to them. It would have been a fair thing to have offered since the dates were available. I was not completely satisfied with the host but overall the resort itself is nice.
