This lovely 3rd floor condo has beautiful bedroom and balcony views of the Gulf of Mexico and offers easy access to the pool and beach. 4234 Beachside II offers plush furnishings, sophisticated décor, and a covered balcony overlooking the sugar white sand and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is equipped with all the cookware and dinnerware needed to prepare and serve your favorite meal. Dine inside at the breakfast bar or dining table, or outside on the furnished balcony. Rather not cook? The Beach House Restaurant is conveniently located right next door.

The master bedroom is comfortably furnished with a king bed and offers an HDTV, desk and ample storage space. Enjoy your morning coffee from bed while enjoying stunning views of the pool and beach or outside on the balcony, enjoying the warm breeze!
In the summer months, the east-facing balcony is shaded from the afternoon sun, making it the perfect spot to relax with a good book. Or if you prefer, take advantage of cozy poolside seating and relax in the Florida sunshine!

For convenience, there is a washer/dryer, complimentary fiber-optic WIFI and two Smart TV's capable of accessing your personal streaming accounts. Tram service to Bayside and the Village of Baytowne Wharf is also included. The tram stop closest to Beachside Two is conveniently located right in front of the Beach House Restaurant.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund.
Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled
within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete
a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
