*The Beachside II pool renovation project will occur now through SEPTEMBER 2025. During this time, the pool and pool deck will be closed. For the duration of the project, guests will have access to the Phil Hummel Pool and NEW Audubon Pool on the north side of the resort. A 15% discount is automatically applied to the advertised rental rate for the pool closure inconvenience.

Our living area is furnished with plenty of comfy seating! From the living room, step onto the balcony and breathe the salty beach air. With a direct view of the white sandy beach and waves, our condo offers the ultimate vacation experience. The updated kitchen features stainless appliances and is equipped with all the cookware and dinnerware needed to prepare your favorite meal. There is seating at the dining table, breakfast bar and furnished balcony. Rather not cook? The Beach House Restaurant is conveniently located right next door.

The master bedroom is comfortably furnished with a king bed and offers an HDTV, desk and ample storage space. Enjoy your morning coffee from bed while enjoying views of the pool and beach or step outside onto the balcony for a warm beach breeze! In the summer months, the east-facing balcony is shaded from the afternoon sun, making it the perfect spot to relax.

For convenience, there is a washer/dryer, complimentary fiber-optic WIFI and two Smart TV's capable of accessing your personal streaming accounts. Tram service to Bayside and the Village of Baytowne Wharf is included. The tram stop closest to Beachside Two is conveniently located right in front of the Beach House Restaurant.

Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled
within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
