The beach house restaurant and bar was so convenient. Everything came clean and fully stocked for us to have a great time. We didn't have to buy any beach essentials because it was all already there. It was a great time and very beautiful. The view was perfect. There was construction going on but we didn't hear much at all.

Great property

This was a great rental; it had all the amenities we needed and was extremely clean and comfortable. The beach was spotless and offered pristine relaxing possibilities. There were a number of restaurants close by as well as a walking path which we took advantage of every morning. We would recommend this rental to anyone wanting to stay in the Miramar Beach area.

We had a great stay at this condo. Working with Neal and co was effortless. A little confusion as to getting through the gate to the parking. Had to call to figure it out, but I other that that terrific stay. Would stay at Sandestin again.

Great beach views

This was our first time in Miramar and my goal was I wanted a place on the beach with beautiful views, and we got just that. The 13th floor balcony looked out the the ocean and the condo was just as the listing described. We will definitely be back!

Great stay with nice extras

We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed a peaceful stay. The door code did not work, but the contact answered immediately and had it working in minutes. The closet door had come off the track, but it just needed a screw back in. The condo had beach chairs that were a nice little extra to be included. Overall it was very clean and nice.

Overall good stay

Nicely decorated condo in gated community. Door code did not work on arrival. First day there I noticed that the toilet was constantly running and every time I tried to use the microwave it tripped the breaker. Maintenance was quick to fix toilet and bring another microwave. Last day there the refrigerator quit and all our food thawed. Beautiful resort though and condo is next to a very nice resteraunt.

It’s well located so we took off both East and west to explore. We would recommend the Sandestin area and the 13th floor condo!

Urgent need to change the mattress

I have been to dustine several time , stayed in properties , this one is ok , but the furniture need to be changed , Its box spring mattress both master bedroom and sofa bed , I am not sure any one sleeping I. Spring mattress theses days , with out drinking alcohol I would have not able to fall a sleep in those beds .

Great place to stay with a view, but was a little disappointed that the toilet did not work correctly and it definitely needs a new washer and dryer combo. It was very dated and loud. Pool area was nice, but lounge chairs could be updated as they sag when laying in them.
