It a wonderful vacation, views were beautiful, room was clean although some of the furniture (Clothe Chairs) could use some lite cleaning. But the bed sleep very comfortable. Bathroom clean.

The stay was amazing. The view is exactly as pictured and it was beautiful. Property manager/employees are very communicative and helpful. The room was very well taken care of and beautifully decorated. The property is gorgeous. You can tell the remodeling is going great. It was also very quiet in the room, you can’t hear any noise from outside traffic which is a plus. Very central location for shopping and dining. We didn’t take advantage of the pool because the beach weather was perfect, but it looked great! Will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful view! Clean and comfortable. We loved being able to walk out to the beach, and the beach was clean, with soft powdery sand. Would stay there again when we return.

The beach view was fantastic, especially getting to wake up to views of the gulf. The room was extremely clean and had everything you could possibly need. Would love to stay there again.

A hidden gem

I don't usually like to stay in hirises, I tend to like houses or smaller buildings. This place may have changed my mind. This unit is HUGE for a one-bedroom with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the beach, even in the bedroom! My wife and I often expressed how much we loved the unit, and it's hard to understand why anyone would say anything derogatory. The property is very clean with a lot of security, making you feel very safe. We don't stay anywhere more than once, but we will definitely be back to 4251.

Needs TLC and more attention to details

The unit location was great with amazing view but that’s about as far as I’d go for the actual unit and its contents (or lack thereof)! Overall, needs a serious refresh of the decor. Many other things were below par such as: mildew/mold smell, dirty sheets left on sofa bed, only 5 hangars in closet, rickety, noisy standing fan, broken can opener, dining chandelier had bare bulbs, shower hot/cold controls reversed, interior doors barely could close, rug tripping hazard in living room, and loose and sparce outlets.

Wonderful

Everything was wonderful. The condo was very nice, and as pictured on VRBO. The only criticism is the kitchen appliances and kitchen pans and knives need upgrading.

Beautiful Balcony View of Beach

Great location and accommodations. Condo was very clean and had a nice decor. Enjoyed watching beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Loved being able to sit in bed and drink coffee in the morning while looking at the beach through the large bedroom window. Enjoyed being able to walk to both The Beach House and Bijoux for dinner. We had a great stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband & I stayed in a Beachside, condo and we loved the view. We especially liked having the Tram available to take us around the property and to the Wharf since we did not have a car. When we had a problem with hot water in the shower, which turned out to be an easy "fix", we found Management to be very responsive. My only suggestion is that the terrace be thoroughly cleaned as it was a little "grimy" If we visit Destin again, I will definitely book this location again.

Reviewer Comments: The AC in this condo doesn't work well at all and the thermostat definitely not the right temperature. We woke up hot many of nights we were there. Bed is not comfortable. Need to make sure the condo is vacuumed before guest arrive. The view is great and everything else was good overall. Nice location and plenty of things to do.

Beautiful beach views!

My husband and I were looking for a place to rent on the beach for a few days to just relax. The condo was very clean and comfortable, and the views from the balcony and bedroom were gorgeous! It was so easy to get to the beach and pool, and we really appreciated the beach chairs that were available to use. The app was a bit confusing and we weren’t really sure where we were going at first when we got on property but we figured it out. We also had a small issue with the hot water but maintenance fixed it quickly. Also some of the electrical outlets were a bit loose. Overall it was a wonderful vacation and we would stay here again! Recommendations: Beach House has good food and live music, and is right on property. Sunset Bay Cafe is a must for breakfast (and you can take the tram over which is convenient if you don’t feel like driving)! Rainforest black light golf is super fun if you’re looking to do mini golf.
