Loved sitting on the balcony and staring at the ocean. The beach gets extremely busy and the pool was freezing cold, but the unit is lovely.

Needs TLC.The unit location was great with amazing view but that’s about it as for the actual unit and its contents. Overall, needs a refresh of the decor. Many other things were below par such as: not much light in the bathroom for using the mirror, only 5 hangars in closet / none in the wardrobe, dining chandelier had bare bulbs, shower hot/cold controls reversed, interior doors could barely close, and a rug tripping hazard in living room.

Excellent view and accommodations! Only issue was listing said construction 20% discount but price was already showing price after discount. Misunderstood thinking price would be additional 20 % off, despite that it was perfect!

The beach view was fantastic, especially getting to wake up to views of the gulf. The room was extremely clean and had everything you could possibly need. Would love to stay there again.

Beautiful view! Clean and comfortable. We loved being able to walk out to the beach, and the beach was clean, with soft powdery sand. Would stay there again when we return.

Great getaway!

Loved the location and the property was awesome! Right on the beach and close to anything you could want to do. Property management was very responsive and quick to address any issues. Great place!

It a wonderful vacation, views were beautiful, room was clean although some of the furniture (Clothe Chairs) could use some lite cleaning. But the bed sleep very comfortable. Bathroom clean.

I booked this condo months in advance to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, upon arrival we discovered the entire unit was saturated with cigarette smoke. The odor was overwhelming and present throughout the condo.We immediately contacted management and made several phone calls requesting assistance. Despite multiple attempts, no manager or representative ever returned our calls during our stay. The only communication we received was through text messages, where management admitted that a previous guest had violated the no-smoking policy and caused the smoke contamination. To make matters worse, both my wife and I experienced itching and skin irritation from the bedding. We purchased new sheets at our own expense and my wife ended up sleeping on the couch because the bed remained uncomfortable.I suffer from congestive heart failure and informed management that the smoke exposure was a health concern. Their solution was to place ozone machines in the unit, but the smoke odor remained. What should have been a special anniversary vacation became a stressful experience filled with smoke contamination, physical discomfort, unanswered phone calls, extra expenses, and disappointment. While management acknowledged the problem, the condition of the property and lack of customer service fell far below reasonable expectations. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this property.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry that your anniversary trip was impacted in this way, and we completely understand how disappointing and frustrating this must have been. This is a non-smoking property, and unfortunately the guest immediately prior to your stay violated that policy. As soon as we became aware of the issue, our team followed our treatment protocol and began addressing the odor during the turnover process, including the use of ozone equipment. We also communicated the situation to you and did everything within our control to remedy a problem that was caused by a prior guest’s violation of the property rules. Because we understood the circumstances were not ideal, we offered the option of a full refund if you preferred to check out and make other accommodations. You initially chose to remain in the property, and when you later decided to depart, we refunded the remainder of your stay so you could secure alternate lodging. We are very sorry that the treatment did not resolve the odor to your satisfaction during your time there, and we regret that this affected what should have been a special anniversary getaway. While this was an unexpected situation caused by a previous guest, we understand the impact it had on your stay and appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention.

The stay was amazing. The view is exactly as pictured and it was beautiful. Property manager/employees are very communicative and helpful. The room was very well taken care of and beautifully decorated. The property is gorgeous. You can tell the remodeling is going great. It was also very quiet in the room, you can’t hear any noise from outside traffic which is a plus. Very central location for shopping and dining. We didn’t take advantage of the pool because the beach weather was perfect, but it looked great! Will definitely be coming back!
