Just a 5 min walk from Front Street, this luxury unit has everything you need to experience the perfect get-away trip to Traverse City, Michigan. Conveniently located in the heart of Old Town- this apartment is a walker's paradise. It's close to shopping, the beach, theaters, and TONS of bars and restaurants, making it perfect for singles, couples, and small families to explore year-round.

Our unit is light & bright year-round and located on the 3rd floor. (stairs only access)

OUR SPACE:
This immaculate one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo boasts a fully-equipped kitchen (including staple items such as spices, olive oil, and multiple coffee options for quiet mornings), a comfortable and relaxing living space with a pull-out couch (full size) and an electric fireplace & TV for streaming your favorite shows after a day of exploring. The spacious bedroom with the most comfortable king sized bed and a spa-like bathroom (complete with organic products) complete the unit.

We believe in using natural and sustainable cleaning products to create a safe living environment for our guests. We opt for eco-friendly products whenever possible to ensure we are minimizing our impact.

Please note, this is a 3RD FLOOR UNIT and the building does not have an elevator.

Our stay here was wonderful, no complaints! We planned last minute for an Anniversary weekend trip and this was perfect, comfortable size place, well equipped kitchen and king size bed. And the location made it possible to walk just about everywhere we wanted to go!

Awesome stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Kitchen was fully stocked so we didn’t have to eat out every day if we didn’t want to. It’s in a really great location and we walked all over town. Anywhere we wanted to go was within a 10 minute walk. The host is very lovely, responsive, and answered all our questions. Would highly recommend!

The condo was modern and nicely furnished with a large bathroom; a bedroom with a King Size bed, chest of drawers and plenty of closet space; and a washer and dryer. It was ideally located in that we could walk to the Clinch Park beach, the downtown shopping district, the Boardman trails, and many nice restaurants and pubs. Free parking was not always available due to competition for limited spots, but a public parking garage was next door. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Walkable Weekend Anniversary Getaway

Kimberly was a phenomenal host, her descriptions, attentiveness and our overall experience was top notch. The property is perfect for a quick walk to Front Street and the waterfront in general. It was quiet, safe, very clean and one of the best VRBO's we have stayed in to date!

Good for an overnight visiting friends

We used to live in NW Michigan and the price, location, and area fit our needs we'll. The rooms were clean, and the accommodations were better than a similarly priced hotel.

Wonderful first experience.

Location was great for walking around downtown. Close to all our favorite spots in town. Property itself was great top to bottom and host was very helpful. 10/10 would recommend and were already planning our next trip back here

Condo is exactly as described. Nicely decorated, comfortable and well equipped. Great location wether walking a few blocks to downtown or access to several nice bar / resteraunts within a block or two. Great stay!

Great condo and location!

We really enjoyed our stay for a last minute getaway! The condo is so clean, and the decor is tasteful and relaxing. Kimberly is an excellent communicator and quick to take care of whatever you need. We've stayed at several places in this complex, and this is definitely the best! We are looking forward to returning!

This property is exactly as described and reflected in the pictures. The unit is very comfortable, clean and well thought out. It is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown shopping and restaurants. It was a great weekend and I would definitely stay here in the future.

First Trip to TC

This apartment was everything we were looking for and more. 5 min walk into town, 10 min drive from the airport, and 10-15 minute drive up to the peninsula (Vineyards, restaurants, boating, etc). It was clean, VERY comfortable bed, and the host were great. We will definitely stay here again.

I have a background in Dietetics which makes sense as I love healthy living, trying different foods, cooking, etc. Traverse City was the perfect place to buy a second home because of the great restaurants and wine local to the area.

This unit is in the best location since it's within walking distance of amazing restaurants, bars, theaters, a marina, and a beach. a short drive will take you into northern Michigan wine country, Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park, and miles of hiking and outdoor adventures.
