The unit has two bedrooms on one floor and a loft with a bedroom and additional sleeping area for added privacy as well as a sleeper sofa in the living room. Guests are welcomed to an entryway that leads to an open-concept living room, bar and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a new 24 inch smart tv, and the adjoining bar area that seats six. The dining area has a table for six and then leads into the living room with stunning gulf views. The living room has a sleeper sofa and a hall half bath with a toilet and sink. The living room spills out onto the balcony with updated furniture, a brand new 48 inch OLED Smart TV, and seating for 12.

In the front hall, you will find the master bedroom that contains a king bed and full size futon and large ensuite bathroom. One room has a sink with a private water closet and a walk in shower. The adjacent room has an additional sink and whirlpool tub. The second bedroom contains a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Back into the living area there is a stairway leading upstairs to the loft. The interior loft bedroom has a queen bed and guests use the bathroom in the adjoining open area of the loft. This room is enclosed with 8 foot walls two of which do not attach to the loft ceiling which slopes another 4 to 8 feet above. The open area of the loft has a daybed and trundle as well as the upstairs, ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower.
