We’re delighted to hear that you had another wonderful stay enjoying the sunshine, fishing, shelling, and beautiful sunsets. We’re grateful that they helped make your stay special. We also sincerely appreciate you bringing the condition of the unit to our attention. We’re sorry that some of the kitchen items, appliances, furniture, and overall condition of the unit did not meet the standard you expected from a deluxe accommodation. Thank you for your review! We truly appreciate it. When you decide to visit us again, please ask about our single-family home's cottages or first floor villas. Our island is only accessible by boat or car ferry. You are allotted 1 round trip per day to use the car ferry to go off island, that is included in your fees while you stay with us, which you receive in your welcome packet. We apologize if that did not suffice for the time you spent here. We hope to see you back on island soon!

Your comments are appreciated and we do share them with all appropriate departments. We hope to see you again and make a more positive trip for everyone.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed the beauty of the island and that our staff helped make your stay a great experience. We sincerely apologize for the condition of the villa upon your arrival. What you described is not the standard of cleanliness we strive to provide, and we understand how disappointing it must have been. Your comments have been shared with our housekeeping and management teams so this can be addressed immediately and prevented in the future. We truly appreciate your understanding and are grateful to hear that you plan to return. We look forward to welcoming you back and providing you with the exceptional stay you deserve.
