Welcome to beautiful Dream House Acres, one of the best areas in the Denver metro! Our updated mid-century home is located on a quiet street close to all the amenities including DeKoevend Park and the High Line Canal Trail (1-min away), the Streets at Southglenn (2 mins), Denver Tech Center, Inverness Business Park, Park Meadows Mall, Fiddler’s Green Amphitheater, and the University of Denver (all within 10 mins). With an open-floor plan, this spacious home is fully stocked to meet your needs.

One of our best experiences ever with VRBO. The house was nice. Very clean. Everything worked. Very comfortable for us while in town for a wedding. The open kitchen/dining/living room area led to more family interaction. Also, several walks on the beautiful Hi Line trail which is accessed 2 blocks away. Enjoyed some time on the back patio as well. Relaxed family time.I highly recommend this house and host.Tim

Excellent communication from the host! The house was very clean, updated, and exactly what we needed for a family spread out across the states meeting up for a family funeral. Lots of space to spread out when needed and also lots of communal space to hang out. Easy drive to nearby shops and groceries. We would definitely book again!

Great place near Denver

Clean, spacious, and comfortable spot south of Denver. Nearby restaurants are good. It was a perfect place for our family to stay as we celebrated a college graduation.

Fun family tine

The location was perfect for family members to connect with other family who reside in Centennial for us to gather and create memories. The accommodations met our needs - comfortable, enough rooms and bathrooms, nice kitchen and dining area! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Lovely home

Denver Wedding Gathering

Amazing location! We love our neighbors and the clean, well-maintained neighborhood. The area offers fantastic convenience, with shopping just minutes away — The Streets at SouthGlenn is only a couple of minutes down the road, and Park Meadows Mall is just 10 minutes away. For groceries, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s and King Soopers are just minutes away. We also enjoy easy access to local rec centers and the beautiful DeKoevend Park perfect for outdoor activities, just across from our neighborhood. It's no surprise that Centennial was ranked the best city to live in Colorado!
