Check in was easy. Location worked well for ballfields. Building has 4 units. It was really hot/humid, while we were there and it operates on window unit ACs, so it felt damp/loud during our stat but would probably be fine if it wasn't so hot outside. Nice having a washer and dryer inside the unit. Parking was on the street, but street isn't busy. Carpet could use updating. Overall, worked fine for what we needed.

Nice place pretty close to U of I

It was a nice property, in a quiet area, not too far from the U of I campus. Kitchen and bathroom were updated and nice. The rest of the home was a bit dated. Water and snacks were left for us which was a nice touch. Linens were clean. The heating system, is water based so you can hear water swishing through the pipes. Our sound machine helped to block that at night. The neighbors were nice as well.

Avoiding U of I Congestion

Used this location as a base for the family during daughter’s graduation. It was great to be a bit outside of Champaign during all the chaos. It was also far more reasonable than what others paid for lodging closer to the university. The only drawback was the limited places to eat nearby. That is easily overcome by the well equipped kitchen.

Wonderful sibling and mom time.

Our mother is in a local memory care, instead of staying in a hotel again we brought mom there with us for a couple of days. Had a wonderful stay. Will definatly call you the next time around. Everything was perfectly cozy and comfortable.

Comfortable stay

This property was in a very quiet small neighborhood and was easy to find. Everything was as described and we had a comfortable stay here. Our host responded very quickly to any questions that I had. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if the need arises.

The apartment was clean. The internet goes in and out quite often. The keyless entry doesn’t work very well and we had to get a second code as the one we were given didn’t work at all.

Easy / perfect

My home town is paxton and my other half home town is Gifford . Our moms still live in paxton and rantoul . We live in Missouri now but still travel back to the area at least once a month . Loved having the extra space . So much better then a hotel !! We will forsure use that space again if it is available. Thank you again .

A great place to stay overnight!

This property was a perfect place to stay for our family during our daughter’s soccer tournament in Rantoul. The amenities were appreciated—we weren’t expecting to need to do laundry, so we were grateful for the washer and dryer, complete with detergent pods and dryer sheets! The place was clean and very welcoming. We would definitely stay again!

Quiet and Clean.

Just spent the night to catch basketball on Friday and football on Saturday. Price is very reasonable and only about 15 minutes from campus. The house was very clean and the neighborhood is quiet. Will try to book again.

Just what we needed

Just what we needed for a quick trip to the area. It’s clean and fresh, and the host responded promptly to my pre-check-in questions. The neighborhood is quiet. Limited street lights make it very dark at night, which is generally okay. I’d definitely stay there again.

Excellent condition. Very clean and organized. New appliances in the kitchen, and appointments in the whole apartment matched. We were there for a family wedding, unlikely we will return to the area, but would certainly stay again if we were to return. My husband and I agree it was one of the best VRBO we have stayed at, and it was a moderate cost. Karen responded immediately when we contacted her, we had no issues the whole weekend.
