FRESH & NEWLY painted and beautifully decorated spacious space to host families or friends. Close to The Cliff Walk, downtown shops, restaurants and night life. 2 * extra large bedrooms. One king, two queens, one twin trundle. One of the bedroom is unique and has 2 separate spaces connected by a door-perfect for families or close friends. The loft includes a separate entry and off street parking, laundry & small deck & central A/C. Inquire about long term stays.
The Space:
Recently renovated 2 bedroom one full bath second floor loft. Small second floor deck to enjoy drinks or morning coffee. Off street parking for 2 cars

Entire second floor.
The Neighborhood:
The ideal location! Walk to the beach, walk to downtown and walk to the mansions!
Other Things to Note:

We live down the street and as always are just a phone call away.

Perfect accommodations for a long weekend with friends
This property is even nicer than advertised. The loft space is very spacious and well suited for our group of four staying for a long weekend. The location is great, in a quiet neighborhood, and only a mile to town. I have family in the area and any time I go back, I will absolutely rebook this property.

Girl weekend
Spacious second floor unit. Everyone enjoyed the space and felt comfortable. Any concerns were addressed quickly by owner/manager. Would stay again if in area.

Girls weekend away
Property is absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations. It perfectly slept our group in 3 very comfortable but separate bedrooms. Distance was a bit farther from downtown than we expected but Lyft was easy to use. We tried several times to request a later check out, but no one responded until after the check out time.

Loft was very clean, neighborhood was quiet. Except for the house we were staying in. We found out at the end of our stay that the family below us was the owner’s daughter and was visiting for the week. We then understood why we felt as if we were intruding in this home throughout our stay. Children yelling, running in the house, scooters everywhere in the yard, multiple cars. At times it was hard to pull out of the driveway due to the quantity of cars, bikes, and mopeds. At one point our designated spot was occupied but we were not allowed to park on the street. Our dogs were very nervous with the noise so even though they were crated, we cancelled much of our plans. We were there for our son’s regatta at Fort Adams and needed to be close to the park due to launch times. Typically we stay at another location farther away.,Even though the location to Fort Adams was terrific, and we are in Newport on a monthly basis, we would not stay at this property again. We have no way of knowing if this was a one off or regular occurrence.
