This newly renovated home is the perfect place to stay for your family's next Disney vacation! It is conveniently located in Anaheim about 8 min from Disneyland and features a spacious backyard with a beautiful pool.

Nestled in a peaceful cul-de-sac neighborhood, our 5 bedroom - 3 bath🏡 home offers a safe, spacious and secure retreat. Thoughtfully furnished bedrooms ensure a cozy night's sleep w/ large white linens. Motorized remote shades & TVs in each bedroom. Dimmers in each room provide an ambiance set by you. Large windows and skylights provide natural light throughout the day. Pool view can be enjoyed in living room, dining area and master bedroom 😌

House Rules:
Pool heating is optional/prepaid, $87 night, 2 night minimum. This must be prepaid 3 days in advance, so that the pool heater can be started on time. Prepaid pool heat is maintained at 82-85 degrees from 9am to 10pm.
Hot Tub/Spa temperature is set to 102°F (38° C) and is an included amenity for your stay.
1) Relax and enjoy.
2) Be respectful of our neighbors.
3) No parties or events.
4) Motion activated security cameras are located around the outside of the house. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the house.

The following are part of the Orange County Code regarding short-term rental properties. Violations of these codes will result in significant fines and may result in immediate eviction.
1) We will need a legal photo ID of the primary renter with their phone number
2) No more than 15 (fifteen) guests at any time
3) When parking in the driveway, 4 vehicles Maximum permitted
4) When parking in the driveway, the public sidewalk must be completely clear.
5) Quiet time is 10:00pm to 8:00 am. This means no outdoor activities (you may be outside so long as you do not disturb the peace and quiet of the neighborhood.). Activities in the house should not be audible outside. Use of the pickleball, pool, BBQ and outdoor dining area in the backyard must end by
10:00 pm.

You are agreeing to these house rules and by renting our property, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Owner and Owner's Representative from all claims, disputes, litigation, judgments, cost and attorney fees resulting from loss, damage or injury to Occupant , Occupant's guests or licensees or their personal property.
-Occupant ( s) acknowledge and agree to use the equipment provided, swimming pool AT THEIR OWN RISK and hold harmless Owner and Owner's Representative(s). Owner and Owner’s Representative(s) will not assume any liability for any injuries incurred thereto.
-Occupant ( s) acknowledge and agree to use the equipment provided, pickleball AT THEIR OWN RISK and hold harmless Owner and Owner's Representative(s). Owner and Owner’s Representative(s) will not assume any liability for any injuries incurred thereto.
-Occupant ( s) acknowledge and agree to use the equipment provided, playground AT THEIR OWN RISK and hold harmless Owner and Owner's Representative(s). Owner and Owner’s Representative(s) will not assume any liability for any injuries incurred thereto.

We have NO-party/event policy that will include a loss of full $600 damage deposit, immediate eviction and a $300 per person added fee.
Going over approved guest amount of 15 (fifteen) guests will result in immediate removal from the property with no refund.
This property is strictly non-smoking. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited. There will be a minimum charge of $300 charge if evidence of smoking is discovered.
Any damaged or missing property will be immediately charged to the guest.
In order to protect our guests & our home, we have an outdoor surveillance system installed and recording at all times. Cameras are located at Front, Rear, and Sides of property. Tampering with cameras is prohibited.
Please understand that we love animals. HOWEVER, we are also hosting children who are severely allergic to certain chemical/animal hair and it can have disastrous consequences. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate guests with pet(s) at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Wi-Fi is free of charge to guests. However, host is not responsible for any outages or speed signal issues that are beyond the host control.
Trash bins will be brought out/in by maintenance Mondays
Pool Maintenance arrives every Monday & Thursday (can be adjusted by request)
No overnight on street parking. Your vehicle(s) will be ticketed by City/County. However, off street parking in large driveway will be accommodated for 4 (four) vehicles maximum. We are not responsible for any tickets and/or impounds if left parked on street overnight.
