Jamie & Todd have been professional hosts for close to 10 years managing vacation rentals. In addition they personally own rental property and manage long-term single family rentals for over 20 years. They have 5 beach houses in St. Augustine available for rent and 3 more short term rentals in Gainesville Florida along with a portfolio of properties they manage in Gainesville/St. Augustine we love serving the vacation rental industry!

This neighborhood is one of my favorites in St. Augustine. The close proximity to the beach nestled within a bunch of rentals make the area user friendly for vacationers. I love the proximity to everything. It's just a short drive to downtown and all the historic parts of St. Augustine but also in one of the best BEACH parts of St. Augustine. Best of Both worlds!
