Nice place close to beach

We enjoyed our stay just a block from the beach. The pool was also nice and we rode bikes all over the island.

Perfect for our needs

The unit was clean - not spick-and-span, but plenty clean for what I expect at the beach. There was plenty of space for us (a couple) and it felt cozy. Location was perfect. We were close to the rest of the family, who were staing at the Grand Ocean a stone's throw away. Amenities we used - pool and pickleball courts - were conveniently located and in good shape.

Great villa!

Besides a mishap checking in where they forgot to leave our keys out in the after hours spot, the villa itself was really cute! Beds were not the most comfortable but they made due and the location was great. We called the free golf cart service and it picked us up and drove us to coligny beach (tips preferred). I wish there was a better binder for check out processes and the mugs in the cabinet were slightly direct but nothing a quick wash didn’t fix. The laundry is a coin laundry, we weren’t prepared for that

Weekend getaway

We arrived late. The office did a great job having our keys ready in the lockbox. We were confused by the map and it took us a bit to find the property. The location was great, we will definitely visit again.

Our recent quick vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Other than the fact that the tub had to be tended to because it was clogged and the hot water tank had sat for too long & smelled like sulfer, we were happy and the property sufficed. This was my 2nd stay. Im sure Ill return;)

Beach

Internet password was incorrectly printed on the door. No curtains on living room patio door. Otherwise is was OK for us and grandchild. Walk to the beach was more like 12 minutes. Otherwise is was clean and comfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice rental. Condo tastefully decorated and beautiful. Spacious. Pool is 2 minutes from the unit. Beach access is 10 minutes but it's very sandy and rolling coolers have to be picked up to trudge through a couple hundred yards of sand. Otherwise this is a winner especially for the price.

Nice but could use some attention!

There is no privacy because we didn’t have any shade on our patio sliding door. The bed is not comfortable needs to be replaced. No outlet USB connection. It was a lot of unseen dust underneath the bed and furniture, which caused some issues with allergies. We prefer to take the stairs but had to take the elevator because it smelled terrible in the stairwell.

Small but Adequate

Condo is on the small side for a family of 4, but it is doable as long as it’s not raining all day. All the basic essentials are there, but an upgrade on a mattress would make it much more enjoyable- especially if you have back issues.

Fix some stuff

Please fix the bathtub as it does not drain well. Additionally, many reviewers have pointed out that the sliding glass door onto the balcony is terrible - and yet it has not been fixed. Otherwise, nice stay and experience.

Good location but condo was dirty

We enjoyed our stay as far as location and property management. When we arrived they gave us a day pass to park on another property to go to beach till our condo was ready. When we got into our condo it was not clean. I went and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned it myself. The tub didn't not drain good so when taking a shower it would be backed up to your ankles. Gross. There were dust bunnies and the floor was not mopped good. It was a good other than that. Hopefully they will fix it soon.

Great stay

It was very easy to rent the property! We enjoyed our stay. Wish the weather would have been better, but we stayed in September and you already take that chance when you choose September. The overall experience was great!
