Completely renovated 1st floor 2 bedroom condo with 1.5 baths, 1 Queen, 2 Full Beds, Leather Sofa. Condo is 1/2 mile from the beach, park, dining, and shopping. Unit has all new stainless steel appliances. Unit comes with 2 beach chairs and beach cart. Fast WiFi, 2 smart TV’s , Keurig, Blender and full kitchen for your use. 2 parking spots included. Brand new Tennis and Pickleball courts.
Located near Coligny Beach, Celebration Park, and Sea Pines.
The space
No umbrella or bikes in unit but available to rent 5 minutes away. FREE shuttle on island (info in unit).

Great stay!
The condo was perfect for our girls trip! Close to the beach, pool and pickle ball courts on the property! Condo came with extra dishwashing and laundry detergent which was very useful!

Visiting Family
We were very pleased with our stay. The closeness to Coligny was a huge plus. We ate and shopped at Coligny several times over the 4 days we were there. We appreciated having the two toilets and sharing the shower between the two bedrooms was very doable. The unit was exactly as shown. Stephen reached out to me on a couple of occasions to make sure our needs were met. We will definitely be back!

Everything was as Advertised
We enjoyed our first stay on Hilton Head Island in this centrally located condo. Church, Publix, Restaurants, bike rental and beach all within short walking or biking distance. No issues were encountered during our 2 week stay. Would definitely stay there in the future.

We are 2 teachers from Charlotte, originally NYC area who fell in love with Hilton Head. We know this is where we want to retire one day here. We have opened up our home on the months and weeks we are not using it for short term rentals. Our goal is to offer afforadable stays for families while we are away.
