Great location, very clean, everything and more in the home provided. Pool table games and family movies nights were our favorite.

The house is beautiful, with amazing views. We had 12 deer in the back valley one evening. The hot tub was the perfect temperature. The beds were all very comfortable. We cooked each evening, utilizing the gas grill on the back deck. We ski at Snowbasin every year, staying in Eden. This was one of our favorite homes to stay. There were 10 in our group from Hawaii and Washington State.

Beautiful Property

Beautiful property with fantastic views. It was so clean and comfortable. Tons of room to spread out- well furnished with everything we needed. We will be back!

Fabulous weekend getaway

This gorgeous home had plenty of room for all of us (10 adults, 2 babies). We enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, and clubhouse. The views CANNOT be beat! The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of dishes for all of us. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed the view from the deck in the mornings as well as the evenings. Lots of space inside the home and plenty of privacy. Pineview Reservoir was lovely... get there early for a nice beach spot/parking... fills up fast! Highly recommend!

Best Stay Ever!

A group of friends and I came to Utah to golf and run a Spartan race. Our friend group regularly goes on vacations together and this house was the nicest house we have ever stayed in. We had every single thing we needed, plus more. The house and view was beautiful. We have already planned a trip back next year! We loved the house!

Great Mountain House in Eden

We had a great time at Tyler’s place in Eden. It’s a great location no matter what you are up to, but for us, it was super convenient to get to and from Powder Mountain. The house is huge. Has all the amenities you might need and is in great shape. Looking forward to visiting again soon. Thanks, Tyler!

We loved our stay. The large kitchen had everything we needed. Our large family loved that there were tons of beds and rooms. We used the pool more than we thought we would as well as the hot tub, all of it was just as it was described and we expected. We appreciated that there were plenty of of pool towels.It was a community pool and our kids met some new friends, but it never felt crowded. We loved that there were no “HOA Karens” at the pool :) The back porches (upstairs and downstairs) became the gathering place for everyone. The view is fantastic and we were visited each morning by deer and wild turkeys. We watched hawks hunt in the fields behind us. The smell after an exciting summer thunder and lightning storm was phenomenal! We watched the moon rise over the mountains from the back porch. Indescribable beauty. The lake was a disappointment this year (not the hosts fault… the city decided to drain it this year for repairs) but we hiked and biked and golfed and swam in the pool. Plenty to do. Everything in the home worked just like it should. Internet/TV was good. Appliances all worked great. (We never did figure out to turn the fridge’s ice-maker on, but nbd) I didn’t interact much with the host, which for me is a compliment. We had everything we needed.We’ve stayed in similar properties in this area many years in a row and this was our favorite. We’re already looking forward to returning next year.

Beautiful place with just a few minor complaints…housekeeping must be rushed to get the house clean as there were dirty footprints on the sofa and children’s handprints on the picture window. One bathroom was out of soap and toilet paper; luckily both were in an unlocked closet. Kitchen could use organizing.That being said, the view is beautiful and the house was great for our needs. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool table and some of our group enjoyed the community pool.
