Easy Decisions Await - THE MOORINGS POOLSIDE

Feel at home in this newly constructed 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom poolside* townhome. As you pull into the enormous garage take the stairs to enter the 2nd Floor main living/dining and kitchen area. The dining area has counter seating for four and a dining table for seven. Or, maybe, dine on the full-length screened balcony overlooking the pool. The living area features super comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV.

Unwind in the ensuite master bedroom featuring a king size bd, flat screen TV, remote control shade and sliding door to screened balcony seating. The private master bath includes dual sinks, a grand walk-in shower and large walk-in closet.

Take the stairs to the third floor where you'll find two bedrooms with queen beds private baths and flat screen TVs. Both bedrooms have remote control shades and sliding doors to the full-length balcony. 1 set of children's Twin bunk beds are also located in the loft area.

Fresh and attractively decorated, additional features include main floor half bath and laundry room. Privacy and light control with window shutters. Tall ceilings and open concept floor plan. Indoor humidity control. Ground floor poolside* patio. Outdoor shower. And a quick stroll to Zachary's Riverhouse. A quick walk or bike ride to Summer Waves Waterpark, Jekyll Beaches, and the Jekyll Beach Village.

THE MOORINSG POOLSIDE features Cable TV, WiFi, and Washer/Dryer. Bed and Bath Linens Provided. Includes starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing soap and dishwasher tabs.

Great Stay!

Everything was perfect! Just as described. House and grounds were perfectly clean and spotless. Pool was so nice and right in the backyard practically. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed for cooking and dining at home. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return!

The Moorings Poolside is an incredible Townhome! From the moment we stepped into the townhome, we were blown away by how immaculate and welcoming the space felt. The unit was spotless and beautifully appointed, with a gourmet kitchen that made it so easy to eat in. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, perfect for relaxing after long days of island adventures. The layout was spacious and family-friendly, with a loft area featuring cozy bunk beds that felt like a private hideaway for our twin boys. We loved unwinding by the beautiful pool, which was peaceful and pristine. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base for our family getaway. Highly recommend this townhome for anyone looking to experience the magic of Jekyll with comfort and style.
