BRAND NEW TO THE JEKYLL RENTAL POOL MAY 2022. Welcome to OCEAN OASIS! This 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhome is the ideal setting for your next family vacation, retreat, or weekend getaway. Located in The Cottages at Jekyll Island oceanfront community, OCEAN OASIS is the perfect combination of peaceful beachside living and a custom-designed interior with clean modern lines. The generously equipped open kitchen comes with upgraded Kitchen Aid stainless steel appliances, both Keurig and regular coffee makers and has a kitchen island and a bar top with comfortable seating. Off the kitchen is a large 8-seat custom-made dining table and spacious living area with brand-new furniture, 60-inch TV, and easy access to the lower screened-in porch and paver patio. On the main level is the master suite with a KING bed, TV, and ensuite bath. Finishing off the first floor is a half bath and laundry with upgraded stacked washer and dryer. On the second floor are two tastefully decorated guest bedrooms (queen & TV), each with its own private bath and entrance to the upper balcony porch.

OCEAN OASIS has numerous relaxation stations. The lower screened-in porch offers inviting seating for a post-beach drink and flows onto the paver patio which has an outdoor dining table with seating for 8 and a gas grill. The upstairs balcony porch is screened in and offers comfortable lounging furniture and a limited ocean view. Finally, the front porch has a table and chair set looking into the natural vegetation - just perfect for early-morning coffee.

The single-car garage includes a gas-powered 4-seat street-legal cart with a Bluetooth speaker system.
High-chair and pack and play are available. In addition, guests have access to The Cottages at Jekyll Island's million-dollar amenities, which include Clubhouse, zero-entry pool and fitness center, beach deck, beach access and community firepit. Just steps from beach access OCEAN OASIS has everything you need for a perfect vacation!
**Important:** To access the golf cart, complete the cart use agreement sent via email 10 days before arrival.

THE COTTAGES BEACH ACCESS:
The Cottages beach is approximately 2000 linear feet and has a dune area and seawall that runs the length of the Cottages oceanfront property. There are 3 dune crossovers to the sand area landside of the seawall that are always accessible, and that area can be used for recreational purposes. The access to the beach over the seawall is centrally located at the pool & clubhouse. At high tide, the water is at the seawall. The tides change every 6 hours from low to high tide. A tide chart will help you plan your beach time. The nearest beach park with ocean access all day is Oceanview Beach Park, appx 2 miles south just past the Holiday Inn.
