Newly remodeled 2 bedroom apartment unit with sofa and rocking recliner chair in living room. Office desk and executive chair for work from home with wi-fi and wired ethernet switch on shelf. Live edge dining table with 3 chairs and a bench. Air conditioner for dining/living room area and portable a/c for master bedroom attached for the summer months Central furnace for heating. This unit has a courtyard view! We accept up to 2 pets. One outdoor parking space provided, 1 more per request.
The space
Extremely clean 2 bedroom apartment. 2nd floor unit. On-site lockbox will provide guest with 2 keys, 1 key is to enter the building, 1 key for the apartment
(Extra set of keys available upon request). One parking space provided. Lockbox code entry will be provided via the check-in instructions on the app. Two bedrooms, full bath and full kitchen. Living room is spacious with free wifi. Enjoy free paid subscriptions to Netflix, YouTube TV (including local channels), Disney+, HBO Max, Apple TV+, Vudu, FOX Nation and Prime Video (with Pokemon subscription) with plenty of already purchased feature films.

There is a coin-operated laundry room on each floor of the building, the 2nd floor laundry room has a quarter coin change machine for your convenience. These are shared laundry rooms.

Much better than...

Having traveled for business and stayed in a lot of hotel rooms finding the Georgetown Villas was wonderful. The communication and information on the property was spot on and mad settling in very easy.

Great place and location

Property was exactly as described. No surprises. It was clean. The amenities are more than enough. Nicely furnished. Would stay here again. Location to everything you need or want to do is perfect.

Great Place

I booked this for my parents who were in town. They were really happy with it. It was clean, warm and they couldn't stop talking about how comfortable the beds were. Very convenient location. I would definitely book it again for them when they come to town.

Clean, quiet stay

This is a great place to stay, in a nice quiet community and neighborhood. The unit was clean and had everything we needed to have a great stay. Host was nice and very responsive to all of my questions.

Nice clean place!

Everything necessary for cooking was on hand. All the kitchen appliances worked properly and the furniture was as comfortable. Good beds as well.

Lovely Apartment

My husband and I were in town to help care for my mom. She is on hospice and we needed to be close by. We also needed a place to work. This apartment ticked all the boxes. The dedicated work area was great. The building was very quiet and clean. The inside had everything we could want. We could come back in the evening after a stressful day and unwind. There are plenty of places to eat and a park close by. Antonio was very gracious I would definitely stay here again.

We purchased this apartment complex in a few years ago and have remodeled units a few at a time. All the short term stay apartments are 2 bedroom, 1 bath and have everything needed for an overnight stay or a several month stay.

Close to Westgate Shopping Center which has Chick-Fil-A, Five Guys, Starbucks, Earth Fare healthy market, Target, Lowes, Kohls and much more! Kamms Corners with several bars, shopping and restaurants minutes away. Giant Eagle supermarket is just down the road.
