Cozy cottage in the heart of downtown Bellefonte. Walking distance to local shops, restaurants, and attractions. First floor includes fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, and half bath.
Second floor includes 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a split king bed (a king bed that has the option to split into 2 XL twin beds). Bed room 2 has a queen size bed. Both rooms include a work desk and chair. Each room has an air conditioner during the summer months.
The back yard has a small brick patio.
Parking includes an on street space in front of the house and an off street parking spot adjacent to the house.
