Junior Olympic sized swimming pool with spa and community room. Outdoor picnic and bbq areas. Beautiful views. All within the gates.
Head towards Pelican Hill Resort through the top guarded gate or down the bottom gate to get you closer to Fashion Island or Irvine. Walk to nightlit tennis & basketball courts, fenced playground, or the community junior-olympic sized pool. Doggie bags & waste bins located in several areas in the coveted neighborhood with sidewalks and walking trails. Park in the 3 car attached garage, driveway, or on the street.
Best to have a car. Quick Uber/Lyft pick-up & drop-off as well! Easy walk within the neighborhood to get access the amenities!
