Perfect little place

This house was the perfect little place for us to stay while umpiring with both fields within 20 mins of the house

If you need a gold cart you have to be an owner at the facility. I needed one for my mom and had to park it a 1/2 mile away off property.

Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this resort , it was our first family vacation to Florida . Family friendly, not a lot of hustle and bustle going on . It was very relaxing .that’s just what we were looking for. We were surprised on the size of the space and enjoyed the outdoor patio space as well.

Property needs to advertise that guest needs to pay for extra parking and arm bands. Upstairs bathroom floor has crack and is a hazard for foot injuries. No ac vents upstairs so had to turn on fan all night. Location is quite s walk to beach with a family with kids in hot sun. Price is way too expensive and better off going other location that includes everything.

Great Vacation Spot

Cort was a great host. The complex lost water due to a water main break and he offered many solutions at no cost to us to help us out. Place was clean with towels and toilet paper which has been rare for our past VRBO stays. Close to the beach but also 4 pools made it nice to have options. Close enough to Pier Park to hang out but far enough away for a quiet night under the stars.

Ideal for small group

2- 18 year old girls and grandma. House was perfect for our trip. Girls had there own queen beds upstairs and their own bath. Grandma had her own room and bath on lower level. Did wish there was available parking somewhere closer to the ocean as it was about a mile walk, maybe some parking spots next to the entrance would have been ideal. Owner was very available through text for questions or problems. Overall was a great experience.

There was a hidden fee

The listing mentions that you will have to purchase a parking pass. That pass is $25 per car. It does not mention that you are REQUIRED to purchase a wristband in order to be on the property. It is only $20, but was very frustrating that it had to be paid at all. Other than that, the property was very clean and convenient.

Complexes in PCB charge fees for resort bands and access to the properties. Where possible we include them in your rental charge and leave them in the room. Where they don’t allow us to purchase you have to register in person and pick them up upon arrival. This complex makes guest register in person. Hate Luke feels the $20 fee isn’t a fair price to access the multiple pools, beach access, Putt putt course, playgrounds and activity areas.
