You can't beat this family-friendly location! Loads of quiet sleeping space, comfortable top floor great room with eat-in kitchen that connects to a shaded deck with space for outside meals, and couch/chairs to enjoy your coffee while you stare at the marshy bay. Everything you need is walkable: Dealy Field, Acme, Kix, and of course, the beach (a quick ~2 blocks walk). Everyone loves Dealy Field for it's endless activities (playground, skate park, tennis/pickleball courts, kayak launch and baseball fields). This 6-bed, 3.5 bath house is quiet and comfortable. Includes 2 owner's suites with queen beds (one on top floor, one on second). Second floor also includes a queen rm; 2 twin beds; a trundle bed with pull-out twin. 1st floor tiled room with door to back includes bunk beds and game room table. Fenced backyard space with outside shower. Hose bibs to rinse sandy feet and toys in front and side of house. House has space to easily park 3 cars in driveway. Includes beach chairs, kayak and paddle board.

Colleen’s beach house in Sea Isle was exactly what my family needed for a long weekend getaway. The main living space with the kitchen, living room and deck was spacious and great for us all to be hanging together. The rest of the house was clean and comfortable. The location is great too, so close to the grocery store and other restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice property was perfect for what we were looking for. Surprised they were no sheets or pillowcases. We had to bring our own. There was also no toilet paper or paper towels. We had to go out and get that. One of the beds smelled like pee no one could sleep in it, but other than that, it was a very nice place. Great location and our host was very very good.

I’m so sorry Joe - I thought it was clear that there were no linens or paper included but I’m sorry you had a different expectation. Would also love to know which bed had a smell so I can address that (please PM me separately). In the future please know you can always text or PM me directly to help troubleshoot any issues at all.

The property was in a great location, close to an ACME, CVS, and basketball and tennis courts, and a very easy walk to the beach. Everything was clean and the available beach chairs and other beach equipment were super convenient. We especially loved the outdoor spaces! However, I had read in a previous review that there were no bed linens and messaged the host a week before our stay to clarify as there was no mention of this in the property listing or check-in instructions. I never heard back and assumed that the host had changed this since the review was posted. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we learned that there were in fact no bed linens or bath towels, and we also had to purchase paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and sponges for the duration of our stay. The house is great overall and is furnished with a lot of amenities except from some of the basic ones you'd expect. This wouldn't have been an issue if it had been communicated that we needed to bring our own linens and towels. I would still recommend this property, but please be aware of this before you book, and I would suggest that the host make it clear in the property description and be more responsive to messages. Thanks for a lovely stay overall!
