This house was perfect for four adults but it would also be perfect for a family. The layout has the main living room, dining and kitchen on one floor with one bedroom up a half of a staircase, a second bedroom up the next staircase and two twin beds in a downstairs bedroom. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The house is beautifully appointed. The kitchen is very well stocked and the hot tub is an added plus. There are lovely trees all around the property, lending a mountain feel just at the edge of town. The house was very clean, furniture was comfortable and inviting, location was just a few minute walk into town. Parking is in your own locked garage, attached to the house. We all agreed we would like to stay there again. I don’t see why we would want to ever go anywhere else!

Spring Break

The condo was just as advertised. Very spacious that slept eight with no problem. Garage parking and easy access to town in minutes. Hot tub was a great perk. One of better condos I have stayed at in last ten years in Breck.

Great place for a family ski vacation

Very nice house. Very clean, well equipped.Excellent location within walking distance of Main Street and access to shuttle bus to the ski resort. We spent a great family vacation week there.

Close to Main Street

We had a great stay and walked to Main Street every night. If you are looking to be close to Main Street but not on it then I’d highly recommend this place! The process of checking in was easy and the house was clean!

Perfect location

The location is perfect; lots of space; garage is very convenient; owner expectations, rules, instructions were clearly listed which made checkout easy. Thank you for a wonderful visit! We would definitely stay again!

Perfect house for ski trip

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was cozy and clean, and conveniently located next to bus stops. The hot tub was great after getting back from skiing. Walkable to all the bars, restaurants and shops. Communication with management was quick and easy. I would absolutely recommend this place.

For us, the right amount of seclusions and yet proximity to downtown with a little walk. No shared walls - a private place and private hot tub and very spacious all in one.

Only one of us still skis now, but we had fun walking through Breckenridge and enjoying the snow and the house. The house is beautifully decorated and we had everything that we needed. Yes, there was a hair dryer in each bathroom! Thank you for that. The hot tub was great! We really loved it!

Exactly as advertised. Great location, well maintained. 3 floors require steps even when going from kitchen to bathroom. Beds were ok but pillows were very, very worn. Suggest adding shower soap & hair conditioner and more dishwasher tabs. Overall, a great stay.

Having full baths connected to each bedroom was a plus. Multiple floors allowed space for each of us. Our disappointments included that there was no hot tub available for our use and the Blue Route was not running. These were both key reasons for our choice of stay. Walking to another bus line was treacherous at times and impossible when heavy snow came. It would have been helpful to know this ahead of time as we did not have alternate transportation.

Great place, great location.

Everything we needed and exactly as the listing stated. We really enjoyed the new hot tub after a day on the slopes. The location is great- just outside of the busy downtown area and convenient to get to everything. The property was clean and had everything we needed to get started. Beds were very comfortable.

Beautiful home with a great location!

We come to Breckenridge every year but wanted to stay closer to downtown for the first time. The house is in a great location. We walked downtown for dinner, we walked to the ice rink, Carter park & to see the troll. The snowboarders of the family loved that the bus stop to the gondola is right next to the house! We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay

It was everything we had hoped for and more. Everything was just minutes from us. Only negative was there was an issue with one of the toilets but it was explained to us at checkin. We worked around it. Would definitely recommend this property!

Overall great property!

Had a great time at the house during our stay in Breckenridge. The location to Main Street and the fireplace was amazing. The hot tub was not working which was a bummer but the house was still great without it. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Amazing Vacation Home

This home was an amazing place to come back to after a long day of skiing. Very cozy yet spacious enough to accommodate our whole group of friends. The bedrooms and bathrooms were extremely clean and comfortable. Can't wait to book this house next year.
