Accepting bookings for summer 2026! Huge Beautiful House- lots of parking!
Be right in the middle of the bustling Ventnor community with huge house with tons of amenities.
This home was completely restored in 2021
- 2 night minimum off season (post-labor day to mid-June)
- 7 night minimum during summer season (mid-June to Labor day)
- 7 bedroom, 4. 5 bath house
- 16 guests, max of 12 adults (King bed-on top floor, Queen and Single beds)
- bunkbeds (4) for kids only.
- Dedicated workspace on front porch, quiet area. Ergonomic desk chair, large desk with keyboard tray, USB ports, power strips, swing arm lighting.
- huge back patio and back yard
- off-street parking for 4-5 cars
- The patio has plenty of seating and huge family grill for those back yard BBQs,
- Located off the back patio is a private hot/cold water outdoor shower with changing area.
- Window ACs units
- half bath on main common floor, 4 full baths (two en-suite)
- Two Queen bedrooms have private bathrooms with rain showers
- Located at Newport and Ventnor Ave, just steps to grocery, many restaurants, Dunkin Donuts, liquor stores, the Ventnor Library and Community Center.
- Only 1.5 blocks to the beach!
- All bed linens, bath and beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and coolers provided.
- Pets allowed on case-by-case basis- need proof of rabies vaccination and proof of flea treatment.
We also have a separate street level one bedroom apartment "Apartment by the Sea" at the same address that can be rented separately (if available) for a mother-in-law suite or for anyone with difficulty climbing stairs. Inquire in your request for this additional opportunity. (No pets allowed in Apartment)
Note: the outside of this property is monitored by CCTV security cameras.

This house is unique to the area- centrally located in Ventnor, just steps away from restaurants, grocery, shopping, the community center and all the community attractions especially in the summer.
Also this property is the only rental property in the area with this much parking and back yard patio/space! It is a must see and rental, especially for entertaining during the warm weather months.
