This place is covenient to pigeon forge's main road through town. Everything in the house was fine and we had plenty of room. I would definitely stay here again.

Yes this house worked very well for our family. Plenty of space location was excellent easy to find, Kitchen had everything that we needed. The host was great. Would definitely stay there again.

The furniture does not match the listing photos and it is not very comfortable to sit on. The kitchen has Kcups but no Keurig coffee maker. Other than those 2 inconveniences everything else was great.

This property is very convenient to Dollywood. It has a fully stocked kitchen and we were supplied with enough towels for our entire visit. We had a very pleasant stay.

Convenient to everything yet cozy and off the main roads!! Loved it!! You can even hear the train whistle from Dollywood while enjoying the back porch. Highly recommend!!!!

We had the best time. We enjoyed the foosball table & played cards when we were at the house. Love the big shower in the hall bathroom.

We were very pleased with our stay. The home is located in a quiet setting just outside of town, but just minutes away from everything. There was plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable. We are hoping that it will be available for us next year, too. We Love it. The owner was very prompt to answer my husband's texts late at night when the AC quit working halfway through our stay. Within 15 minutes someone was there to check it out and found 2 broken parts. The parts were replaced the next morning before 9:00 and it worked fine. This is the best VRBO we have rented in all of our stays in the Smokies. I would recommend it.

We can't say enough good things about CanPie Rancher! Excellent place to stay. The home was very clean and comfortable. A quick easy drive to the parkway and all that the area had to offer. So many added touches that made our stay so enjoyable. Very pet friendly also. We have it on our list for a return visit and will encourage others to stay when visiting the Pigeon Forge area!

Family Trip

Had an amazing time! The house was perfect for what we needed. Planned the trip to celebrate our twins turning 21 and had a lot of activities planned. The house was central to all and made everything so easy. The place was beautiful, very clean, the snacks were appreciated and the location was perfect. Enjoyed the fireworks from Dollywood on the porch Thank you for helping make our trip enjoyable.

We had an absolute blast. This place is less than 10 minutes from dollywood. But, its like staying out in the country. Cant really see that anything is around you. Very secluded and quiet little road. Totally loved our stay. House was very spacious and clean. Everything a family needed in the kitchen. Loved the snacks privided. Very comfortable bed after a lot of walking around all day.5 stars

4th of July Stay

House was nice and away from the crowded Parkway, yet very close to drive to everything in town. Very well stocked and had nice snacks for our family. Will stay again.

Convenient comfortable place to stay

The house was homey, conveniently located not too far from everything. It is a little hard to back up with another vehicle in the driveway. The beds were comfortable, it was quiet and it had pretty much everything you needed.

Great place!

This property has all that you need and more. It's a great location and very convenient to attractions, especially Dollywood. The owners provided extra special supplies including a basket of snacks which came in very handy having come in during a severe thunderstorm. Everyone was hungry and we hadn't had time to shop. Thank you for the special touch! The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Just a wonderful stay.

When I am not working or traveling, I am busy taking care of my plants or painting. My husband Jay and I love hosting family and friends. This is our first time hosting strangers and are very excited to share our home 'CanPie Rancher' with the world. Appa is our dog child, he is lab/retriever mix and a handful. We fell in love with smokies on our first family trip. We visit every year and looking forward to sharing our space.

This is a special place for my husband and I since every piece was hand-picked by us. It welcomes you with plenty of good vibes and a whole lot of love. Wake up to the beautiful bird songs and tranquility the outdoor space offers. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee by the gazebo and watch the birds by the feeder by the back patio. And in the evenings, bring your best grill game and outdoor campfire stories to end the night.

For those of you working remotely, our dinner table and breakfast areas make great substitutes for work spaces, with plenty of plug points and high-speed internet. My personal favorite is the backyard, this way I can let the birds join my zoom call.

Pet Policy: Pets below 50 lbs. stay free!! If there is more than one pet or a large breed >50lbs, a one time fee of $40 is applicable.

1. Please bring all your pet essentials including blankets or cushions for the pets to rest or sleep.
2. Please keep pets away from the Couch or Beds.
3. Please do not leave pet poop around the property. kindly clean up after.

**Additional cleaning fee may apply if the pet rules are violated**
