Happy Place Townhome is a gorgeous townhome with three bedrooms and two and a half baths accommodating up to eight. Gorgeous interiors welcome you in while cozy furnishings encourage relaxation in this private sanctuary right on the beach. Stunning ocean views await in the open-concept living/dining space, beautifully decorated and with plenty of seating for all. Enjoy the sights and sounds of the sea from the living room on comfortable seating or catch a movie on the flat-screen TV. The dining table and breakfast bar are ideal spots for a family board game, while the kitchen is a lovely environment for serving up your favorite meals. Bedrooms and bathrooms are sunny and bright with luxurious details and thoughtful finishes. The master suite features a comfortable king-sized bed and access to a private balcony.

Take in stunning ocean views each morning and look for our friendly dolphins while savoring your favorite brew. The guest suite is just as accommodating with a queen-sized bed and a flat-screen TV, and the kids can enjoy their own private space on bunk beds in the third suite. WiFi throughout and a full-sized washer and dryer are additional conveniences to enjoy during your stay.

With the beach in your backyard, it’s easy to spend your days collecting shells, drifting in the warm Gulf waters, and going for long beach strolls. The dunes are natural and protected. You can access the beach from the back of the property going down to beach by walking down the natural dune.  There is a public beach access also within walking distance or there is ample parking at the public access.

When the water is calm in the mornings a stroll towards the National Seashore is a wonderful opportunity to watch the dolphins and collect shells.  Two beach chairs and one umbrella are provided during the summer will definitely enhance your experience, making your time even more enjoyable. Walkers, joggers, and cyclists can enjoy the breathtaking backdrop of Navarre Beach especailly riding or walking through the National Seashore before indulging in fresh seafood at Juana’s Pagodas,  Andy D's for weekend live music on the deck also offereing breakfast, brunch, coffee bar, or Dewey Destin’s Restaurant on the Sound.  Book a fishing charter, hit the Navarre Beach Pier, or browse the local boutiques, all just minutes away!

Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.
