Welcome to our lovely house in the sunshine state!

Whether you come with family or friends, our place has everything you might need to have a wonderful time. Visit Disney World only 10mins. away, or 20mins Universal Studios, which is also close by!

Take advantage from our great centric location and visit as much as you can!

Make use of our private pool after a long exhausting day out! Spend quality time with your loved ones and enjoy doing a BBQ at sunset!

Would definitely stay again!

We stayed here for our daughter’s first disney trip and it was perfect! Just enough space and the added the heated pool feature which was great! The owner was great with communicating and we had a blast! We will definitely be staying again!

Nice home for our stay

Nice rental for our family trip to Disney. Neighborhood is quiet, pool is great after a hot day outside. Kitchen dishware and eating utensils were lacking for a home this large. Owner was great in responding to a couple of issues.

Great spot for a family vacation

The location was prefect for family's vacation in the area. Ample rooms for small to med size family. Are host was very responsive when we had questions.

Family vacation

Had a great one week stay, the house was very clean and the home owner Jose was quick to reply back when I asked a question. Overall very happy with our stay and can’t wait to come down for another family vacation.

Wonderful vacation

Had a great 2 weeks at the house. Really enjoyed the pool. Returned back to house after day at attractions and AC was not working. Contacted Jose and it was repaired within 2 hours. Great service.

Home from home

The host was very hospitable and contacted me to ask me originally what I’d like my door code to be so it was something that I could remember. The property was big and spacious for us, it was clean and well presented. We were provided with towels throughout and cooking utensils. We loved the pool area and my son was in there to chill after the parks most days. It was in a good location, close to shops and restaurants and also a nice distance from Disney world. We also used it as a base to get to gator land, the Kennedy space centre and we went on an overnight trip to the Everglades and Miami Beach. Jose was a welcoming and responsive if I needed him. All in all we had a fabulous time, and will miss it!

Misrepresentation

Picture does not depict the house. Not same furniture (for comfortability). Paid for heated pool, did not work. Top it off, the Owner was accusing us of doing something to it. Not cool. Will not return. And I have rented homes for the past 10 years from VRBO. Sorry. Said he would refund $125.00, for no heat, the first 5 days. 4-4-24

Sandy Ridge stay

This is a very roomy, comfortable home that has accommodated two couples for the last six weeks. Would probably hold two full families as there are four bedrooms and three full baths. There is only one parking spot in the driveway, but it appears most neighbors use street parking. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils allowing us to have most meals in-house. It is located in a quiet neighborhood close to Publix and many restaurants. Very close to all Orlando activities. The traffic can be quite congested especially Interstate 4. We used alternate routes and were able to get around the Orlando area quite easily. Our only real issue was with the pool. As the personal pool was one of the main reasons for renting, it was important to have access to it every day. We discovered the first few days that there appeared to be a leak. Water was disappearing way faster than normal evaporation. The owner and pool man were made aware and we were told to go ahead and add water as needed. The problem began when the chlorine levels dropped to nothing due to the water addition. There didn’t appear to be much concern on the part of the owner and the pool man only comes once a week. After a period of five days without chlorine, we made our way to a pool store and added some ourselves. While this may not be a problem for a weekend stay, it definitely affected our vacation. Hopefully, this will be addressed for future rentals. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and would recommend to any future renters.

Upon check-in we had to continue try and reach the host for check-in information. Ultimately, I reached out to VRBO and they were able to finally reach the host. While 2 hours away when speaking the host informed me that there was an issue with the AC and they were getting someone there for repairs. We checked in after 6pm (2 hours after check-in time) to allow time for the repair. However, upon getting in the home the temperature was over 80 in the house. I contacted the host again and they said someone was coming to make the repair. That night a guy came and made the repair however, the host refused payment so the repair man removed the new part and we had to sleep in temps over 80. Luckily each room had a ceiling fan except one so we had to purchase a fan to help cool the room. One of our sons ended up getting sick on his stomach due to the heat. I asked for a refund only for the first day due to the circumstances and condition of the home since it was repaired on day 2 and the owner refused the refund. After using VRBO for many years this is the worst experience I have ever had and I have never had to leave a bad review. The home itself was nice, although it could be cleaned better but it's not a bad home. My advice and honest review is book at your own risk!

Place was a bit of a dump. We entered and guest instructions were ripped off the wall. Host blamed it on a guest. I still had no wifi codes, no instructions for remotes, heat etc... I had no pool heat for a week although I paid for it. We lost AC and heat for 3 days but the host, although quick to respond, didn't put much effort into the fix. Even told me to try calling people!?! The issue was on-going and the 2nd HVAC company said they put a "band aid" on it the first time. Now he's claiming we left the place a mess and we smoked week in there. We don't smoke and we spent hours clearing the garbage, emptying the fridge, collecting the laundry sheets and towels we even did some towels. I wish I had taken videos for proof. Be very careful with this host. Finally after all this nonsense he said I complain a lot! Dang...
