Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the apartment, including the in-unit laundry facilities. They can also utilize the reserved parking for one vehicle, the beach supplies room, gas grills, and all common areas.



The Neighborhood:

Important notes: Promotions may have blackout dates. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit; a $500 fee applies. Designated smoking area is on the SE corner. Guests must be 25+ with a valid credit card and ID. Check-in is self-service, available 24/7, at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. No partial refunds for early departures. Cleaning and taxes are included in the total price. The damage waiver covers accidental damage within the unit only; intentional damage is not covered.
