Perfect for entertaining large groups or families, the space flows flawlessly from one end to the other. The enormous kitchen has everything needed for those gourmet meals and the dining area features 3 tables with seating for everyone! For my fellow coffee connoisseurs, drip and K-cup style coffee makers are provided (bring your own grinds or pods).

Moving outside, this amazing property has a large upper deck with a view of the ocean and plenty of POLYWOOD furniture for lounging. Downstairs, you’ll find the best feature of this home, the saltwater pool (not heated) and hot tub!!! The lower deck/bar has plenty of seating, an outdoor TV, and a charcoal grill for your famous burgers (charcoal not provided) while watching the kids swim, catching a game, or just enjoying the ones you love most! Also on this level, you’ll find an outdoor shower and half bathroom.
