***SPECIAL 10% DISCOUNT RATE*** This beautiful and spacious High-Rise Condo can be booked depending on your desire or business. 2BR/1BA with two secured parking spaces. This is located below the Penthouse on the 18th floor, which has a wrap-around balcony that gives you almost a panoramic view from Coronado Bridge, Bay all the way to Coronado Beach or the Pacific Ocean. It is also located in East Village Downtown, the heart of San Diego. Almost panoramic downtown, amazing Downtown San Diego views from your own Living Room, where you will be amazed by the awesome sun while enjoying your meal from your own dining set. Not to mention the fireworks during 4th of July. Walk to Gaslamp, Petco Park, Little Italy, and Seaport Village. Minutes drive away from Balboa Park, UCSD, Lego land, UTC Malls, SeaWorld, hospitals, and more. Gym is on the 2nd floor. The rooftop deck with a spa/hot tub with a separate shower for men and women, different patio sets, sunbathing chairs, and the two barbecue grills are on the Rooftop, where you get to see the mountain views on the East side and the amazing Downtown views on the West side. The Trash Chute Room is just right outside the unit, first door to your left in the hallway. Electricity is free up to $100 monthly. Anything that's above this amount will be charged to you within 14 days after your check-out date. (All amenities are included. However, everything must stay in the unit and in this high-rise building after your check-out date/time. Anything that’s been damaged or lost for whatever reason will be your full responsibility. Last, but not the least, HOA updates will be posted in each elevator for all residents/tenants/guests' information.)

From the personal welcome by Arlene who was an excellent host and true professional! To the property that was beautiful with just the right appointments. The view of the city was superb with breathtaking sunsets! All this along with a 1st rate public transportation system of trolleys, buses and trains allowed us to get around for 2 months without a car! We highly recommend it and would stay there again….

From the word "beautiful," that's how I feel every time I walk into this luxurious condominium, you will just love it, and everything else that comes with it.

This luxurious 2BRs/2BAs Condominium has a Spa and a Barbecue area where you get to enjoy your stay with your family/friends while appreciating the amazing almost 360 degree of Downtown, San Diego views from the Rooftop deck on the 20th floor. You have to come to see it for yourself. No to mention, free one parking space with lots of amenities. Residents and guests are friendly. You just feel at home every time you stay there. That's how I feel every time I'm in this particular high-rise building. Last, but not the least, the building location itself as this is located in the heart of San Diego. East Village that is!
