Summary:

Fetching Ocean View Condo in the Heart of Kapaa! Plenty to do and see all within walking distance.



The Space:

This condo has it all. Elevated view of the ocean with the sun rising over the water. The large covered lanai is perfect for outdoor dining/living. The second bedroom doubles as a den. Stacked washer and dryer. Only steps to the ocean and walking distance to shopping and dining. 2 swimming pools. Covered BBQ's. How many more reasons do you need? Kauai Kailani 204 is the perfect choice for your Kauai Vacation!

Guests have access to the entire property and are entitled to use both swimming pools including the oceanfront pool in front of building A. Feel free to lounge at the shoreline to watch the sunrise.  The guests may access the game room in building A and also the covered gas BBQ grills located beside building A.

The property includes several buildings, 2 pools and guests may use the game room in building A and also the gas BBQ grills beside building A.



The Neighborhood:

We love the location because our guests can walk to many shops, restaurants and supermarkets. The Kauai walk/bike path connects by sidewalk just down the street and goes for miles right up the Kauai East Coastline

Kapa`a town was mentioned in one magazine as the prettiest town west of the Mississippi River.



Getting Around:

A rental car recommended, however The Kauai Bus, Uber, Lyft and Taxis are available.

Arrival time is after 4 pm, departure is 10am or before, unless other times are arranged in advance.

Great place in a great location

Close to stores and restaurants but feels very private. Easy to get around the island. Poke bowls at Pono Market are the best! Bike rentals nearby and the Kapaa trail is great for ocean views. Property management company was quick to respond if we needed anything. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great Location-Very Clean

Perfect location right on the beach-island breeze everyday giving us fresh air and didn’t need to run the ac all the time but it was available if needed. Host is very nice and prompt through out the entire stay. Check in and che k out very easy and the home was well stocked. Enjoyed our stay very much

Above our expectations

Very clean RELAXING stay at this two bedroom 1 bath condo! Husband and I loved listening and watching the surf. When we rerun to Kauai I will look first at this property to stay. Hated to leave!

Perfect Kapa’a location.

Great views and little place. Right on the water and Clean. Our only recommendation is an ac unit in the primary bedroom and instructions for the humidifier. We had a great trip and would rent again.

Nice location with sea breeze!

Great location. Aircon was only used when needed during the day. Otherwise, the natural breeze was awesome!

Beautiful ocean view

We had a wonderful stay in this unit. The unit is well stocked with everything you need for a long or short term stay including beach and pool stuff. The best part of our vacation was a perfect view of the sunrise from the lanai the every morning!

Great place and location

Nice place for a couple . Ocean view is amazing. Location is awesome to visit all sides of island . Grocery store is across the street ! Oasis next door is a must for beach dining ! Just a short walk for a fabulous meal . No complaints ! We will be back ! Really nice !

Hawaiian Paradise

We've stayed at Kauai Kailani for years (actually, we're the third generation to stay at this property). They've done a great job at modernizing the condos, plus being on the East Side of Kauai in Kapaa is so central to everything (it's perfectly situated). We love our time here and this was another wonderful vacation because of the comfortable space we all had. I look forward to my next stay at KK! Mahalo!

Seaside Condo

Kept clean and neat but slightly rundown. The location was good with great views of the ocean. The condo needs new living room furniture, the love seat and arm chair were very uncomfortable to sit on. The shower head should be replaced, it felt like being stabbed with a thousand tiny needles. The rest was good.

Loved our Stay

My husband and I loved our stay at Kauai Kailani. The upgraded condo was fantastic and had everything we needed including chairs, umbrella and cooler for the beach. A larger party would need to purchase additional shower soap, but that is easily done. The location on the east side was a great central location that allowed us to explore the north and south sides of the island easily. It's also very close to Safeway, the best shave ice we found on the island, and the delicious Drive in! I would highly recommend using this VRBO, and would use it again if we return!

Wonderful Place

This unit is in a great location. I have stayed in a couple of other units on the property and this unit is perfect. I appreciate the parking space as well. The unit is also very clean and comfortable. The only thing that it needs is a little bigger cooler. I understand that this is a new rental but, if you’re with 2 or more people you will need a bigger cooler…I would totally recommend this unit…..

Best vacation EVER!

This property is wonderful! Great views, deck outside with table and chairs to watch the sunrise, and looks down at the beautiful pool.. Everything about the condo is just perfect! I even liked the comforter for the king size bed so much I ordered one! Kitchen has everything you could need. New appliances. The washer and dryer were a real plus. Lots of extras - beach chairs and umbrella, beach towels, just to name a few. Great to have an air-conditioner even though we just needed it a couple times. Centrally located in Kapaa, easy to go north or south. Walk to Safeway and shopping center across the street. Reserved parking space was wonderful. Grounds to property really nice - we even watched bananas grow on 2 trees. We have already shared info about the condo with our friends. We'll be back!
