Fully furnished with everything you need. It has a double-glazed window which maximizes the insulation, so you won't be bothered by the noises outside. Your own underground parking included!

The apartment is on the bottom floor, there are 5 steps in order to get to it. See picture.

Family friendly environment of the neighbors. Excellent security in the building, it has surveillance cameras.
