Do not book with this property. We booked 8 dats and when we arrived the owner dissappeared and never provided access to the property leaving us stranded without a place to stay. We tried contacting owner but they ignored us. Luckily VRBO stepped in and helped us find a much nicer plsce. Beware this rental is a scam.

We booked this condo 4 months in advance and when we arrived in Naples from Michigan the property was not available to us. We received absolutely zero communication from the property owner/host and I can't express how disappointed I was when our family arrived in Naples and had no place to stay even though we had paid fully in advance in december. I wish I could leave zero stars but the minimum is one so that's what she gets! Do not recommend this is not the first time that they have left people stranded in naples. Take those negative reviews seriously!

Most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with a host. Had to ask for check in information and the pre-written paragraph was all I heard from them during our stay. We were missing: Trash bags, hand towels and hand soap, and other small things throughout the kitchen and bathrooms. When we went to run the water our first night there was an issue with the water smelling horrible to the point that we could not even be in the room. Again, reached out and got no response from the host. Even after reaching out to VRBO, the host was not able to be contacted by either us, or VRBO and we ended up leaving early. Mold was growing in the bathrooms and by the air vents and there were scuffs and handprints all over the walls. Genuinely stay away from this property.

Nice place, spacious. A bit tricky getting in and out of complex. Access and fob not always working.

Clean and plenty of room for a family of 5

My wife and I stayed 4 nights with our 3 children ages 15-22, Bedrooms were big and beds were comfy. The pool exceeded expectations and seemed heated as it was warm enough to swim even though outside temperature was only 69 degrees. The fitness room at the clubhouse was very well equipped and new. WIFI worked fine but no cable TV, just YouTube or Netflix if you have an account. Laundry was stocked with detergent which was nice. Kitchen equipped with Keurig coffee maker. Also had beach stuff like umbrella, cooler bag, lawn chairs, and boogey board for use. Would stay again.

Not Perfect

Not a perfect visit. I had some difficulty initially accessing the property as the manager was not available. When I did access the property I discovered that the master shower door was broken making the shower difficult to use. I notified the owner who mentioned getting it repaired but the door was broken for my entire stay. The unit was also only stocked with 2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 bathrooms.

Very disappointed!

The night before arrival ( had a confirmation) still did not hear from anyone and had to reach out to Vrbo. After several phone calls finally they learned it was double booked and we had to scramble to fine a place to stay since our flight was in 6 hours. No communication not acceptable.

Bad communication and room not available at the 4 o’clock check in time.

My overall impression is 2/5 stars. I emailed the owner a few times prior to check in to see if we could check in earlier in the day. I didn’t hear from them. The day before check in I emailed again and had to call VRBO because I hadn’t gotten the check in information. On the day of check in, I received a text with instructions. I arrived at 3:45 and the cleaning person was just starting and said “it would be at least 2 hours before the place will be cleaned. I notified the owner and explained that I had plans. They said we could go in. This was not an option for me. I left and retuned 2 hours later. One of the bathroom shower doors had broken tracks and the toilet needed to be shaken in order to flush. There was no mention of any compensation for the 2 hour delay on Christmas Eve. Only one television in the 3 bedroom unit.

The day before check I still had not received check in information, I reached out to the host with no response. The morning of check in it took reaching out to VRBO in order to get the check in info sent to me.The master shower, air vent in the bedroom and closet were covered in mold. We ended up not even using that room after the first day due to the mold.We attempted to reach out to the host about how to use the fob to enter the gate, and never received a response. The location was nice, and as a single women with her children staying at the property I felt safe in the neighborhood.
